Elle int\u00e8gre des blocs et modules de d\u00e9veloppement de processus SiC qualifi\u00e9s pour la production de MOSFET planaires, simplifiant le processus d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration et r\u00e9duisant consid\u00e9rablement les risques de conception et le temps de d\u00e9veloppement des produits. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"fr-FR\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">En combinant des modules de processus \u00e9prouv\u00e9s avec des r\u00e8gles de conception robustes, des plans de contr\u00f4le et des AMDE, XbloX permet un prototypage plus rapide, une \u00e9valuation de conception plus facile et un d\u00e9lai de mise sur le march\u00e9 plus court.
