La fourniture des \u00e9chantillons concernera les applications grand public et industrielles telles que les drones, les aspirateurs robots, les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 guidage automatique (AGV) et les robots de service.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>ROHM a mis au point une technologie brevet\u00e9e exclusive qui permet d&rsquo;obtenir une \u00e9mission \u00e9troite des lasers, am\u00e9liorant ainsi le LiDAR \u00e0 longue distance et \u00e0 haute pr\u00e9cision, en commen\u00e7ant par la commercialisation de la diode RLD90QZW5 de 25 W en 2019 et de la diode RLD90QZW8 de 120 W \u00e0 haute puissance en 2023. Forts de ces succ\u00e8s, le nouveau produit de type r\u00e9seau 125W 8ch (classe 1kW)\u00a0 r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la demande d&rsquo;une diode laser \u00e0 haut rendement et \u00e0 haute performance.<\/p>\n<p>La RLD8BQAB3 est une diode laser infrarouge ultracompacte \u00e0 montage en surface et \u00e0 haut rendement de 125 W \u00d7 8 canaux, destin\u00e9e aux applications qui utilisent des syst\u00e8mes 3D ToF pour mesurer la distance et effectuer la reconnaissance spatiale. La conception optimis\u00e9e comporte 8 zones d&rsquo;\u00e9mission (chacune d&rsquo;une largeur de 300 \u00b5m) par \u00e9l\u00e9ment, install\u00e9es sur un sous-montage fix\u00e9 \u00e0 un substrat \u00e0 forte dissipation thermique.<\/p>\n<p>La surface d&rsquo;\u00e9mission du bo\u00eetier comprend un capuchon en verre transparent &#8211; une premi\u00e8re dans l&rsquo;industrie pour une diode laser \u00e0 montage en surface &#8211; qui \u00e9limine le risque de dispersion de la lumi\u00e8re caus\u00e9 par les rayures lors du d\u00e9coupage en d\u00e9s, qui peut se produire avec les produits encapsul\u00e9s dans de la r\u00e9sine. C&rsquo;est la garantie d&rsquo;une haute qualit\u00e9 de faisceau. Chaque zone d&rsquo;\u00e9mission est c\u00e2bl\u00e9e avec une cathode commune, ce qui permet de s\u00e9lectionner la m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;irradiation en fonction des besoins de l&rsquo;application &#8211; depuis l&rsquo;\u00e9mission individuelle qui augmente le nombre de points d&rsquo;\u00e9mission de lumi\u00e8re jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9mission simultan\u00e9e la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 des puissances de la classe 1kW.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-469860 alignleft lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Rohm-diode-infrarouge-1-300x145.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"527\" height=\"255\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Rohm-diode-infrarouge-1-300x145.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Rohm-diode-infrarouge-1.jpg 500w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 527px) 100vw, 527px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 527px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 527\/255;\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le nouveau produit conserve les principales caract\u00e9ristiques des diodes laser conventionnelles de ROHM, notamment une intensit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9mission uniforme sur toute la largeur d&rsquo;\u00e9mission et une faible d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de la longueur d&rsquo;onde de 0,1nm\/\u00b0C (contre 0,26 \u00e0 0,28nm\/\u00b0C pour les produits standard).
