Renesas a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant dans la conception, le d\u00e9veloppement et le d\u00e9ploiement des nouveaux MRDIMM, en collaborant avec les leaders de l\u2019industrie, notamment les fournisseurs de processeurs et de m\u00e9moires, ainsi qu\u2019avec les clients finaux. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Renesas a con\u00e7u et ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 trois nouveaux composants critiques : le pilote d\u2019horloge enregistr\u00e9e multiplex\u00e9e (MRCD) de deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration RRG50120, le tampon de donn\u00e9es multiplex\u00e9es (MDB) de deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration RRG51020 et le circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de gestion d\u2019\u00e9nergie (PMIC) de deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration RRG53220. Renesas propose \u00e9galement des solutions de capteurs de temp\u00e9rature (TS) et de concentrateurs de d\u00e9tection de pr\u00e9sence en s\u00e9rie (SPD) en production de masse, ce qui en fait la seule soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019interface m\u00e9moire \u00e0 proposer des solutions de chipset compl\u00e8tes pour les MRDIMM au standard industriel de prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration ainsi que pour tous les autres DIMM de serveurs et de clients.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Le MRCD de deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration RRG50120 de Renesas est utilis\u00e9 sur les MRDIMM pour mettre en m\u00e9moire tampon le bus de commande\/adresse (CA), les s\u00e9lections de puce et les horloges entre le contr\u00f4leur h\u00f4te et les DRAM. Il consomme 45 % d\u2019\u00e9nergie en moins par rapport aux composants de premi\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, une sp\u00e9cification essentielle pour la gestion de la chaleur dans les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 tr\u00e8s grande vitesse. Le MDB RRG51020 Gen2 est l\u2019autre composant cl\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 dans les MRDIMM pour mettre en m\u00e9moire tampon les donn\u00e9es entre le CPU h\u00f4te et les DRAM. Les nouveaux MRCD et MDB de Renesas prennent en charge des vitesses allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 12,8 gigaoctets par seconde (Gbps).
