Cependant, les modifications apport\u00e9es \u00e0 la conception permettent d&rsquo;augmenter de 50 % les performances FLOPS par rapport au B200, indique le rapport, sans divulguer ses sources. Le GPU B300 utilise \u00e9galement des DRAM HBM3E \u00e0 12 couches, ce qui porte la capacit\u00e9 de m\u00e9moire par GPU \u00e0 288 gigaoctets, bien que la bande passante de la m\u00e9moire reste inchang\u00e9e \u00e0 8 t\u00e9raoctets par seconde par GPU.<\/p>\n<p>Nvidia a lanc\u00e9 ses GPU Blackwell B100, B200 et le composant GB200, qui comprend un processeur ARM et deux GPU, en mars 2024. Le lancement des composants Blackwell originaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 assombri par des rapports faisant \u00e9tat d&rsquo;une surchauffe des GPU dans les racks de serveurs.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"T3KqY9E71c\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/nvidias-blackwell-ai-gpus-overheating-says-report\/\">Nvidia&#8217;s Blackwell AI GPUs overheating, says report<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content lazyload\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; visibility: hidden;\" title=\"&#8220;Nvidia&#8217;s Blackwell AI GPUs overheating, says report&#8221; &#8212; eeNews Europe\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/nvidias-blackwell-ai-gpus-overheating-says-report\/embed\/#?secret=UZfwXhq4Hl#?secret=T3KqY9E71c\" data-secret=\"T3KqY9E71c\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" data-load-mode=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, la configuration des baies, l&rsquo;utilisation du refroidissement liquide, la surveillance thermique interne et les techniques de gestion des performances sont complexes et laissent aux clients de l&rsquo;hyperscaler beaucoup de travail de configuration et d&rsquo;it\u00e9ration avec les fournisseurs de baies.<\/p>\n<h4>Chauffe davantage<\/h4>\n<p>Les composants Blackwell de la s\u00e9rie B300 ont un budget thermique accru de 1,2 kW par unit\u00e9 centrale, contre 1 kW pour le B200, et, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une plus grande capacit\u00e9 de m\u00e9moire, ils seront bien plac\u00e9s pour les applications d&rsquo;inf\u00e9rence de raisonnement, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 <em>SemiAnalysis<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Les plaquettes de pointe sur lesquelles sont fabriqu\u00e9es les puces passent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement environ trois mois sur la ligne de production, ce qui, ajout\u00e9 au temps consacr\u00e9 aux tests au niveau des plaquettes, au packaging et aux tests des composants, impose g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une p\u00e9riode minimale de six mois \u00e0 partir de la mise en production jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la livraison des puces.<\/p>\n<p>Selon <em>SemiAnalysis<\/em>, le B300 pr\u00e9sente quelques diff\u00e9rences de packaging par rapport au B200\/GB200. Nvidia ne fournira le B300 que sur un module \u00ab\u00a0SXM Puck\u00a0\u00bb et le processeur Grace dans un bo\u00eetier BGA, laissant aux clients le soin de se procurer d&rsquo;autres composants sur la carte informatique.
