L&rsquo;augmentation de la ligne de fuite primaire \u00e0 primaire et de la distance de d\u00e9gagement entre les broches de drain et de source dans le nouveau bo\u00eetier permet de prendre en charge la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de tensions de bus des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques. Le bo\u00eetier InSOP\u2122-28G unique de Power Integrations permet de fournir 1000 VCC au c\u00f4t\u00e9 primaire, tout en maintenant toutes les autres broches isol\u00e9es en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les environnements de degr\u00e9 de pollution 2.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les circuits d&rsquo;alimentation \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage CV\/CC InnoSwitch3-AQ de 1700 V int\u00e8grent un commutateur primaire en carbure de silicium (SiC) capable de fournir une puissance de sortie pouvant atteindre 80 W. Ces circuits hautement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s r\u00e9duisent de 50 % le nombre de composants n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre de l&rsquo;alimentation. L&rsquo;augmentation de la largeur de la broche de drain permet de r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de chocs et de vibrations,.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouveaux circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s de commutation de la famille InnoSwitch3-AQ d\u00e9marrent avec seulement 30 V sur le drain sans circuit externe, ce qui est essentiel pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fonctionnelle. Les fonctions de protection suppl\u00e9mentaires comprennent la limitation de la sous-tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, de la surtension de sortie et de la surintensit\u00e9. Le redressement synchrone et un contr\u00f4leur flyback multimode \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage et mode de conduction discontinu\/continu (DCM\/CCM) offrent un rendement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 90 %. Les dispositifs consomment moins de 15 mW \u00e0 vide.
