{"id":467688,"date":"2024-12-11T07:16:13","date_gmt":"2024-12-11T06:16:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=467688"},"modified":"2024-12-10T17:21:41","modified_gmt":"2024-12-10T16:21:41","slug":"quobly-presente-des-qubits-de-spin-sur-cmos-fd-soi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/quobly-presente-des-qubits-de-spin-sur-cmos-fd-soi\/","title":{"rendered":"Quobly pr\u00e9sente des qubits de spin sur CMOS FD-SOI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La start-up fran\u00e7aise Quobly, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;informatique quantique, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des qubits de spin pour des portes quantiques construites \u00e0 partir de la technologie de traitement CMOS FD-SOI.<\/p>\n<p>Quobly, anciennement Siquance, est une entreprise d\u00e9riv\u00e9e des laboratoires de recherche CEA-Leti de Grenoble qui d\u00e9veloppe des qubits de spin pour l&rsquo;informatique quantique, int\u00e9grant des \u00e9l\u00e9ments quantiques et classiques sur la m\u00eame puce.<\/p>\n<p>Les composants sont construits sur la ligne pilote du Leti avec la technologie du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 FD-SOI (silicium sur isolant enti\u00e8rement appauvri) et peuvent \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00e0 des fonderies commerciales telles que STMicroelectronics, GlobalFoundries et Samsung plut\u00f4t que de n\u00e9cessiter un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/french-quantum-startup-raises-e19m-changes-name-to-quobly\/\">Siquance, une entreprise d\u00e9riv\u00e9e du Leti, change de nom pour devenir Quobly<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/google-shows-105-qubit-quantum-processor-with-real-time-error-correction\/\">Google pr\u00e9sente une puce de 105 qubits avec correction d&rsquo;erreur en temps r\u00e9el<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/superconducting-cmos-gives-ai-chip-power-boost\/\">Le CMOS supraconducteur donne un coup de pouce aux puces d&rsquo;intelligence artificielle<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/chasing-integrated-quantum-chips-with-fd-soi\/\">\u00c0 la recherche de puces quantiques int\u00e9gr\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce au FD-SOI<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les qubits de spin pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence IEDM 2024 cette semaine montrent le fonctionnement \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature et la caract\u00e9risation des performances num\u00e9riques et analogiques pour un qubit unique utilisant des qubits de spin \u00e0 trous et \u00e0 \u00e9lectrons en utilisant la ligne pilote de R&amp;D du CEA-Leti.<\/p>\n<p>Cette plateforme ambipolaire optimise les performances du syst\u00e8me, en tirant parti des longs temps de coh\u00e9rence des \u00e9lectrons pour la m\u00e9moire, ainsi que de la forte interaction spin-orbite des trous pour un traitement rapide des donn\u00e9es. La vitesse de manipulation des trous est de 1\u03bcs et le temps de coh\u00e9rence des \u00e9lectrons est de 40\u03bcs (\u00e9cho de Hahn).<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique de contr\u00f4le cryog\u00e9nique pr\u00e9sente un gain de tension allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 75dB, des niveaux de bruit de 10-11V\u00b2\u2219\u03bcm\u00b2\/Hz, et une variabilit\u00e9 de la tension de seuil de 1,29mV\u2219\u03bcm.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;entreprise a \u00e9galement d\u00e9montr\u00e9 le contr\u00f4le de la charge dans le processus commercial GF 22FDX afin de mieux d\u00e9finir une cellule standard pour une porte \u00e0 deux qubits.
