Cette caract\u00e9ristique est essentielle pour les applications sensibles au contr\u00f4le, telles que les syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le des batteries et des piles \u00e0 combustible et les syst\u00e8mes de gestion des batteries (BMS) pour la surveillance des tensions et la d\u00e9tection des blocages de relais m\u00e9caniques et des d\u00e9fauts de mise \u00e0 la terre.<\/p>\n<p>Le TLX9150M se compose d&rsquo;une diode \u00e9mettrice d&rsquo;infrarouges (IR) coupl\u00e9e optiquement \u00e0 un photo-MOSFET, fournissant une isolation \u00e9lectrique entre le c\u00f4t\u00e9 primaire (contr\u00f4le) et le c\u00f4t\u00e9 secondaire (interrupteur), permettant un contr\u00f4le s\u00fbr de l&rsquo;interrupteur \u00e0 travers des potentiels de masse variables. Le courant de d\u00e9clenchement (<sub>IFT<\/sub>) est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 3mA, ce qui minimise la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie du syst\u00e8me. En outre, le courant hors \u00e9tat (<sub>IOFF<\/sub>) de ce dispositif n&rsquo;est que de 100nA (maximum) \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante, ce qui r\u00e9duit au minimum la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie lorsqu&rsquo;il est inactif. La DEL IR a un courant direct (<sub>IF<\/sub>) de 30 mA, tandis que son \u00e9l\u00e9ment de photod\u00e9tection a un courant \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat passant (<sub>ION<\/sub>) de 50 mA \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, le TLM9150M est log\u00e9 dans le nouveau bo\u00eetier SO12L-T avec un facteur de forme peu encombrant de 7,76 \u00d7 10 \u00d7 2,45 mm, soit 25 % de moins que le bo\u00eetier SO16L-T existant de Toshiba. Cela permet de miniaturiser la batterie et de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts. Le pas des broches et la disposition des broches des deux tailles de bo\u00eetier sont identiques, ce qui permet de concevoir un mod\u00e8le de carte de circuit imprim\u00e9 commun. Ce dispositif normalement ouvert (1-Form-A) pr\u00e9sente des lignes de fuite et des distances d&rsquo;isolement de 8 mm (min) et une \u00e9paisseur d&rsquo;isolation de 0,4 mm (min), confirmant une isolation efficace m\u00eame \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures de fonctionnement allant de -40\u00b0 \u00e0 +125\u00b0C. Il est\u00a0 conforme aux normes AEC-Q101 et IEC 60664-1.<\/p>\n<p><a
