La&nbsp;m\u00e9moire morte programmable effa\u00e7able \u00e9lectriquement&nbsp;(EEPROM)&nbsp;est la m\u00e9moire de choix pour ce type d\u2019applications, car elle est non volatile, permet un contr\u00f4le au niveau de l&rsquo;octet, est facile \u00e0 utiliser et consomme peu&nbsp;d\u2019\u00e9nergie.&nbsp;Microchip Technology a annonc\u00e9 sa nouvelle&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.microchip.com\/design-centers\/memory\/serial-eeprom\">EEPROM haute densit\u00e9 25CSM04<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Avec 4&nbsp;Mbits, cette nouvelle EEPROM Microchip devient la plus grande&nbsp;EEPROM&nbsp;disponible pour les concepteurs, en doublant&nbsp;la densit\u00e9 de&nbsp;2&nbsp;Mbits auxquels ils \u00e9taient auparavant limit\u00e9s. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, les d\u00e9veloppeurs utilisaient des m\u00e9moires&nbsp;Flash NOR moins ch\u00e8res pour toute application de donn\u00e9es non volatiles n\u00e9cessitant plus de 2&nbsp;Mbits. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que l&rsquo;EEPROM offre des avantages en termes de performances par rapport \u00e0 la Flash NOR, Microchip a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 la demande de ses clients en pr\u00e9sentant cette EEPROM 4&nbsp;Mbits offrant plus de capacit\u00e9.&nbsp;Les avantages de l&rsquo;EEPROM sont notamment un courant de veille plus faible (2&nbsp;\u00b5A contre 15&nbsp;\u00b5A)&nbsp;; la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;effectuer des \u00e9critures d&rsquo;un octet, de plusieurs octets ou d&rsquo;une page enti\u00e8re&nbsp;; des temps d&rsquo;effacement et de r\u00e9\u00e9criture de secteur plus courts (5&nbsp;ms contre 300&nbsp;ms) et un nombre de cycles d&rsquo;effacement et de&nbsp;r\u00e9\u00e9criture&nbsp;sup\u00e9rieur (1&nbsp;M contre 100&nbsp;K).<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Repousser les limites de ce qui est possible avec une EEPROM s\u00e9rie favorise l&rsquo;innovation&nbsp;des&nbsp;produits,&nbsp;\u00bb d\u00e9clare Randy Drwinga, Vice-Pr\u00e9sident de la division Produits M\u00e9moires de Microchip. \u00ab&nbsp;Les concepteurs peuvent d\u00e9sormais r\u00e9\u00e9valuer leurs syst\u00e8mes et tirer parti de cette nouvelle technologie pour optimiser les performances de leurs produits.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La 25CSM04&nbsp;rejoint&nbsp;la vaste gamme de m\u00e9moires non volatiles&nbsp;de&nbsp;Microchip, qui s&rsquo;int\u00e8gre dans les solutions syst\u00e8me compl\u00e8tes de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, articul\u00e9es autour de ses micro-contr\u00f4leurs et microprocesseurs 8, 16 et 32 bits.&nbsp;La vaste famille de produits m\u00e9moire Microchip comprend des EEPROM s\u00e9rie, des Flash NOR, des SRAM et des EERAM, pour tous&nbsp;les&nbsp;types de bus s\u00e9rie, dans toutes les densit\u00e9s standard de 128&nbsp;bits \u00e0 64&nbsp;Mbits.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Outils de d\u00e9veloppement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les EEPROM s\u00e9rie 4&nbsp;Mbits&nbsp;de&nbsp;Microchip sont prises en charge par le kit de d\u00e9marrage MPLAB pour m\u00e9moires s\u00e9rie.
