En s\u2019appuyant sur l\u2019expertise d\u2019Ampere en mati\u00e8re de technologie VE et celle de STMicroelectronics en \u00e9lectronique de puissance avanc\u00e9e, les partenaires ont travaill\u00e9 ensemble \u00e0 l\u2019optimisation d\u2019un module de puissance, \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me de puissance, permettant d\u2019optimiser l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et la comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 des moteurs \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n<p>Les modules de puissance, compos\u00e9s de nombreuses puces en carbure de silicium, g\u00e8rent et convertissent l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique de la batterie pour alimenter le moteur \u00e9lectrique. Ils jouent un r\u00f4le crucial dans l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du moteur \u00e9lectrique, dans l\u2019autonomie de la batterie, ainsi que dans la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019\u00e9nergie, ce qui en fait un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 d\u2019une voiture \u00e9lectrique. Ils participent \u00e9galement \u00e0 la souplesse et \u00e0 la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 de la conduite.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux partenaires ont collabor\u00e9 sur un syst\u00e8me de puissance qui alimentera en \u00e9nergie la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de moteurs \u00e9lectriques d\u2019Ampere. Con\u00e7u pour avoir un rapport performance\/taille optimal, le syst\u00e8me de puissance sera d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 sur toute la gamme des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques d\u2019Ampere. Il \u00e9quipera les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 batterie 400 volts et les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques du segment C \u00e0 batteries 800 volts, permettant une plus grande autonomie et une charge plus rapide. L\u2019architecture 800 volts est l\u2019une des cl\u00e9s pour charger la batterie de 10 % \u00e0<br \/>\n80 % en 15 minutes, voire moins. Cet accord s\u2019inscrit parfaitement dans la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019Ampere visant \u00e0 maitriser l\u2019ensemble de la chaine de valeur du v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique, notamment en travaillant tr\u00e8s en amont avec ses partenaires et en assurant une efficacit\u00e9 accrue \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape du d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de puissance combine trois modules de puissance en carbure de silicium (SiC) un module d\u2019excitation qui assure l\u2019excitation \u00e9lectrique n\u00e9cessaire au moteur ou au g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur afin de contr\u00f4ler le champ magn\u00e9tique \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du rotor, et un radiateur de dissipation thermique con\u00e7u pour dissiper la chaleur en face arri\u00e8re du module de puissance, simplifiant ainsi la gestion thermique et le processus de refroidissement.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ampere.cars\/\">Ampere\u00a0<\/a> &#8211;\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.st.com\/content\/st_com\/en.html\">ST Microelectronics<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ampere L&rsquo;activit\u00e9 mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique de Renault et ST Microelectronics Collaborent dans les syst\u00e8mes de puissance avec un approvisionnement de long terme en carbure de silicium.
