Les s\u00e9ries 6DFNxxA, 6DFNxxxCA, T6NxxA et T6NxxxCA sont disponibles dans des bo\u00eetiers DFN3820A particuli\u00e8rement plats et compacts avec des flancs mouillables, permettant une utilisation optimale de l&rsquo;espace sur le PCB. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Elles sont id\u00e9ales pour l&rsquo;assemblage automatis\u00e9 et offrent un niveau de sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 MSL-1 selon J-STD-020, ainsi qu&rsquo;un pic LF de 260 \u00b0C. Ces composants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s pour prot\u00e9ger les dispositifs sensibles contre les transitoires de tension. Les applications typiques incluent les syst\u00e8mes de gestion de batterie, les unit\u00e9s de contr\u00f4le central ou les convertisseurs DC\/DC.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Open Sans, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Les quatre nouvelles s\u00e9ries sont \u00e9galement disponibles dans les petits bo\u00eetiers ultra-plats DFN3820A de Vishay, mesurant 3,8 mm x 2,0 mm x 0,88 mm.
