L&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ment radioactif est appliqu\u00e9 de part et d&rsquo;autre de la jonction planaire p-n, ce qui simplifie les techniques de fabrication des cellules, ainsi que le contr\u00f4le du courant inverse qui \u00abconsomme\u00bb la puissance de la batterie.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les scientifiques, la structure sp\u00e9ciale des microcanaux multiplie par&nbsp; 14 la zone de conversion effective du rayonnement b\u00eata et entra\u00eene une augmentation globale du courant de la batterie.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Sergey Legotin, professeur agr\u00e9g\u00e9 du d\u00e9partement d&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique des semiconducteurs et de physique des semiconducteurs de NUST MISIS \u00a0\u00bb Les param\u00e8tres \u00e9lectriques de sortie de cette nouvelle conception assurent un courant de court-circuit IKZ &#8211; 230 nA\/ cm2 (dans la construction plane habituelle &#8211; 24 nA) et une&nbsp; puissance finale de 31nW\/ cm2 (dans le planaire &#8211; 3nW). La conception augmente l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de la conversion de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie lib\u00e9r\u00e9e et r\u00e9duira \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir le co\u00fbt de la source d&rsquo;environ 50% en raison de l&rsquo;utilisation rationnalis\u00e9e de un radio-isotope co\u00fbteux.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Dans le m\u00eame temps, disent les scientifiques, le d\u00e9veloppement permettra d&rsquo;augmenter la puissance sp\u00e9cifique, tout en r\u00e9duisant par trois &nbsp;le poids et les dimensions des batteries &nbsp;tout en maintenant le niveau de puissance de sortie requis. La batterie peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e comme alimentation de secours et capteur de temp\u00e9rature dans les appareils utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames et dans des endroits
