Ce r\u00e9sultat a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une nouvelle technologie appel\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0three-plugs\u00a0\u00bb. Le plot est un trou vertical \u00e0 travers les couches de substrats visant \u00e0 cr\u00e9er plusieurs cellules en un seul passage. Dans le cadre du processus, SK Hynix a mis au point un mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 faible contrainte afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter que les plots ne d\u00e9forment les plaquettes.<\/p>\n<p>Le produit \u00e0 321 couches offre une am\u00e9lioration de 12 % de la vitesse de transfert des donn\u00e9es et de 13 % des performances de lecture, par rapport \u00e0 la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente flash NAND \u00e0 238 couches, qui a une capacit\u00e9 de m\u00e9moire de 512 Gbits.
