(Shanghai, Chine) dans le cadre de sa strat\u00e9gie \u00ab\u00a0Chine pour la Chine\u00a0\u00bb.<\/h2>\n<p>Hua Hong, parfois connu sous le nom de HH Grace, est la deuxi\u00e8me fonderie chinoise apr\u00e8s Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corp (SMIC). Le transfert de technologie du processus de fabrication permettra de fabriquer des microcontr\u00f4leurs STM32 en 40 nm dans l&rsquo;usine de fabrication de plaquettes de 300 mm de diam\u00e8tre de Hua Hong \u00e0 Wuxi, dans le cadre d&rsquo;un service de fonderie, d&rsquo;ici la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2025, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 ST.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;objectif est de permettre un second approvisionnement en microcontr\u00f4leurs de ST et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer les ventes en Chine, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Reme El-Ouazzane, pr\u00e9sident de la division microcontr\u00f4leurs de ST, lors du \u00ab\u00a0Capital Markets Day\u00a0\u00bb de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui s&rsquo;est tenu \u00e0 Paris la semaine derni\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons assist\u00e9, nous assistons et nous continuerons \u00e0 assister \u00e0 un d\u00e9couplage de la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir. C&rsquo;est pourquoi, il y a pr\u00e8s de 18 mois, nous avons pris la d\u00e9cision strat\u00e9gique de permettre \u00e0 notre g\u00e9n\u00e9ration eNVM 40 nm d&rsquo;\u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9e en Chine de bout en bout\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. El-Ouazzane.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous utiliserons exactement le m\u00eame jeu de masques pour produire les plaquettes \u00e0 Crolles ou, \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir, en Chine chez HH Grace, le partenaire que nous avons choisi pour cette initiative\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de la journ\u00e9e des march\u00e9s des capitaux, des pr\u00e9sentations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites aux analystes financiers. El-Ouazzane a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que la technologie \u00e9tait soigneusement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9e et que les fichiers de donn\u00e9es crypt\u00e9s \u00e9taient largement utilis\u00e9s. Il a ajout\u00e9 que Hua Hong disposait d\u00e9j\u00e0 d&rsquo;un processus de m\u00e9moire non volatile flash int\u00e9gr\u00e9e sur CMOS 40 nm. \u00ab\u00a0Nous n&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rons pas quelque chose qu&rsquo;ils ont d\u00e9j\u00e0. Mais l&rsquo;utilisation de notre processus [for ST products] est beaucoup plus efficace pour de nombreuses raisons.<\/p>\n<p>M. El-Ouazzane a insist\u00e9 sur ce point lors de sa pr\u00e9sentation : \u00ab\u00a0Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas de concevoir notre produit deux fois, par rapport \u00e0 notre propre PDK [physical design kit] et ensuite par rapport au PDK du fondeur chinois.
