Le cycle de quatre ans signifie que les puces WiFi8 seront pr\u00eates \u00e0 la fin de 2027, et les premi\u00e8res versions en 2026. Les concepteurs de puces commencent donc d\u00e8s maintenant les d\u00e9veloppements architecturaux.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/mediatek-boosts-speeds-in-6nm-wifi7-chips\/\">MediaTek<\/a> fait partie de la direction du groupe de travail P802.11bn pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 par Qualcomm, avec Intel et NXP. Huawei et Interdigital font \u00e9galement partie du groupe.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/chip-makers-go-head-to-head-over-wifi-7\/\">Les fabricants de puces s&rsquo;affrontent sur le WiFi 7<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/first-live-demo-of-wifi-7-technology\/\">Premi\u00e8re d\u00e9monstration en direct des puces WiFi 7<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le WiFi 8 se concentre sur l&rsquo;ultra haute fiabilit\u00e9 (UHR) plut\u00f4t que sur l&rsquo;augmentation des d\u00e9bits de donn\u00e9es par rapport aux 23 Gbit\/s du WiFi 7. Les essais pr\u00e9liminaires montrent que le Co-SR pourrait augmenter le d\u00e9bit global du syst\u00e8me de 15 \u00e0 25 %. Gr\u00e2ce au contr\u00f4le conjoint de la puissance d&rsquo;\u00e9mission et \u00e0 la s\u00e9lection du d\u00e9bit, la capacit\u00e9 du spectre est accrue, expliquent DW Tseng, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du d\u00e9veloppement de la technologie de connectivit\u00e9, et Henry Chu, directeur principal de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de connectivit\u00e9 intelligente.<\/p>\n<p>La formation coordonn\u00e9e de faisceaux (Co-BF) efface les autres points d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s pour minimiser les interf\u00e9rences. Dans la puce FIlogic, cela augmente la port\u00e9e de 20 \u00e0 50 % dans une configuration de r\u00e9seau maill\u00e9. Cette am\u00e9lioration du d\u00e9bit est particuli\u00e8rement pr\u00e9cieuse dans les environnements o\u00f9 les d\u00e9bits de donn\u00e9es sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s et le spectre efficace, dans les zones urbaines encombr\u00e9es et dans les commerces de d\u00e9tail o\u00f9 les points d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s sont nombreux.<\/p>\n<p>MediaTek propose \u00e9galement de nouvelles technologies pour la norme.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ajout de nouveaux sch\u00e9mas de modulation et de codage (MCS) peut r\u00e9pondre aux exigences en mati\u00e8re de rapport signal\/bruit (SNR).
