Sans diode de corps parasite et contr\u00f4le bidirectionnel, un dispositif bidirectionnel (VGaN) d&rsquo;Innoscience peut remplacer efficacement deux paires de dispositifs MOS traditionnels en silicium. La s\u00e9rie VGaN d&rsquo;Innoscience apporte ces avantages aux applications de protection contre les surtensions (OVP) et aux BMS.<\/p>\n<p>Une d\u00e9monstration d\u2019une application BMS \u00e0 48V\/180A est la derni\u00e8re solution de conception d&rsquo;Innoscience qui prend en charge une application BMS c\u00f4t\u00e9 haut avec les m\u00eames ports. Cette conception adopte le dernier produit VGaN \u00e0 100V d&rsquo;Innoscience, l&rsquo;INV100FQ030A, qui est emball\u00e9 dans un bo\u00eetier FCQFN<sup>2<\/sup> de 4 mm x 6 mm et offre une r\u00e9sistance maximale de 3,2 m\u03a9. Aucun dissipateur thermique n&rsquo;est requis avec une augmentation de temp\u00e9rature maximale inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 50\u00b0C. Le syst\u00e8me de protection de la batterie de charge et de d\u00e9charge \u00e0 16 files utilise les fonctions contr\u00f4lables de conduction bidirectionnelle et de limite du VGaN, permettant quatre \u00e9tats de fonctionnement : charge et d\u00e9charge normales, protection de charge, protection de d\u00e9charge et mode veille.<\/p>\n<p>Le Dr. Denis Marcon, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&rsquo;Innoscience Europe, explique les avantages : \u00ab Avec seulement 16 VGaNs, nous pouvons remplacer 18 paires de MOSFETs en silicium (36 au total), r\u00e9duisant ainsi consid\u00e9rablement la surface de la carte et l&rsquo;imp\u00e9dance de la boucle du syst\u00e8me. Cette optimisation non seulement am\u00e9liore les performances et r\u00e9duit la taille du syst\u00e8me, mais baisse \u00e9galement le co\u00fbt global du syst\u00e8me, ce qui en fait une solution plus efficace et plus rentable pour les syst\u00e8mes de protection des batteries \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La solution BMS high-side 48V\/180A d&rsquo;Innoscience est id\u00e9ale pour les batteries domestiques, les stations de charge portables, les scooters \u00e9lectriques, les v\u00e9los \u00e9lectriques, etc., et optimise la dur\u00e9e de vie et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la batterie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le efficace de la charge et de la d\u00e9charge.
