{"id":464172,"date":"2024-10-29T21:21:45","date_gmt":"2024-10-29T20:21:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=464172"},"modified":"2024-10-29T21:21:45","modified_gmt":"2024-10-29T20:21:45","slug":"toshiba-et-mikroe-presentent-une-carte-de-pilotage-de-moteur-bldc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/toshiba-et-mikroe-presentent-une-carte-de-pilotage-de-moteur-bldc\/","title":{"rendered":"Toshiba et MIKROE pr\u00e9sentent une carte de pilotage de moteur BLDC"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Toshiba Electronics s&rsquo;est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 MIKROE pour int\u00e9grer son Smart Motor Control Driver IC (SmartMCD\u2122) dans la carte SmartMCD TB9M003FG, rationalisant ainsi la phase de prototypage pour les applications de moteurs BLDC automobiles.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Ax\u00e9 sur la performance, la flexibilit\u00e9 et la facilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration, le SmartMCD qualifi\u00e9 AEC-Q100 Grade 0 est dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;un processeur Arm\u00ae Cortex\u00ae-M0 32 bits et d&rsquo;un coprocesseur Vector Engine, ainsi que de pilotes de porte permettant de contr\u00f4ler des MOSFET \u00e0 canal N externes afin de piloter plus efficacement des moteurs CC sans balais (BLDC), triphas\u00e9s et des moteurs synchrones \u00e0 aimant permanent (PMSM).<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9sormais composant central de la carte MIKROE SmartMCD TB9M003FG, ce circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 peut \u00eatre facilement implant\u00e9 dans des applications automobiles telles que les pompes \u00e9lectriques, les ventilateurs, le contr\u00f4le de la structure et les syst\u00e8mes de gestion thermique. La carte comprend un onduleur int\u00e9gr\u00e9 compos\u00e9 de six MOSFET en petit bo\u00eetier, qualifi\u00e9s AEC-Q101, pour une gestion efficace de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. La carte SmartMCD TB9M003FG peut \u00eatre connect\u00e9e en option \u00e0 des cartes d&rsquo;onduleurs externes pour piloter des moteurs BLDC plus puissants consommant plusieurs centaines de watts.<\/p>\n<p>La conception compacte (130 \u00d7 73 mm) de la carte SmartMCD TB9M003FG, comprend tous les circuits requis pour la commande du moteur, les commutateurs et les potentiom\u00e8tres pour les tests op\u00e9rationnels. Une unit\u00e9 de d\u00e9bogage embarqu\u00e9e (bas\u00e9e sur le TMPM067FWQG de Toshiba) est conforme \u00e0 la norme d&rsquo;\u00e9mulation embarqu\u00e9e CMSIS-DAP et permet un fonctionnement, des tests et un d\u00e9bogage pr\u00eats \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi du dispositif cible.<\/p>\n<p><a
