{"id":464162,"date":"2024-10-29T21:09:53","date_gmt":"2024-10-29T20:09:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=464162"},"modified":"2024-10-30T09:15:52","modified_gmt":"2024-10-30T08:15:52","slug":"a-quoi-ressemble-un-qubit-de-spin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/a-quoi-ressemble-un-qubit-de-spin\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c0 quoi ressemble un qubit de spin ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le laboratoire de recherche belge imec a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en d\u00e9tail la technologie des qubits de spin qu&rsquo;il est en train de mettre au point sur des wafers CMOS de 300 mm, marquant ainsi une \u00e9volution significative de la technologie de traitement quantique.<\/p>\n<p>Le dispositif \u00e0 deux qubits pr\u00e9sente une stabilit\u00e9 de 99 % et montre une voie vers la mise \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle de grandes puces d&rsquo;unit\u00e9 de traitement quantique (QPU).<\/p>\n<p>Les param\u00e8tres cl\u00e9s, notamment la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 du contr\u00f4le d&rsquo;un et de deux qubits, d\u00e9passent 99 % et la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9paration de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat et de la mesure d\u00e9passe 99,9 %, comme le montre la tomographie de l&rsquo;ensemble des portes (GST).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/first-spin-qubit-quantum-computers-for-europe\/\">Premiers ordinateurs quantiques \u00e0 spin qubit pour l&rsquo;Europe<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/spin-qubits-go-trampolining\/\">Les qubits de spin font du trampoline<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La coh\u00e9rence et les dur\u00e9es de vie, vitales pour le fonctionnement de l&rsquo;ordinateur quantique, atteignent T \u2217 2 = 30,4 \u00b5s, T Hahn 2 = 803 \u00b5s, et T1 = 6,3 s.
