Les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s comportent huit entr\u00e9es HT configurables qui prennent en charge des gammes asym\u00e9triques ou diff\u00e9rentielles jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00b125 V. Les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s comprennent \u00e9galement un syst\u00e8me de diagnostic pour la d\u00e9tection et la pr\u00e9diction des anomalies, ainsi que pour la d\u00e9tection des erreurs CRC. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s NAFEx88 comportent un convertisseur analogique-num\u00e9rique (CAN) Delta-Sigma 24 bits \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit de donn\u00e9es, ainsi que des sources d\u2019excitation pr\u00e9cises de tension et de courant. Les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s ont une plage de temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement de 40 \u00b0C \u00e0 125 \u00b0C et sont livr\u00e9s dans un bo\u00eetier HVQFN \u00e0 64 broches de 9 mm2 x 0,85 mm. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Les circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s NAFE13388 et NAFE73388 sont \u00e9talonn\u00e9s en usine, tandis que le circuit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 NAFE13188 n\u2019est pas \u00e9talonn\u00e9 en usine.
