Pour y parvenir, il est possible de combiner des technologies optiques et \u00e9lectroniques.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet se concentre sur le d\u00e9veloppement de composants op\u00e9rant dans la gamme de fr\u00e9quences THz gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u00b4int\u00e9gration de technologies photoniques et \u00e9lectroniques. Ces composants THz, qui doivent encore \u00eatre d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s, peuvent ensuite \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour la r\u00e9alisation de mesures novatrices et de transferts de donn\u00e9es \u00e0 haut d\u00e9bit. Ces composants pourront \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s non seulement dans le domaine des communications 6G, mais \u00e9galement pour des applications de d\u00e9tection et d&rsquo;imagerie. Le projet 6G-ADLANTIK, financ\u00e9 par le minist\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9ral allemand de l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation et de la recherche (BMBF) et coordonn\u00e9 par Rohde &amp; Schwarz, a r\u00e9uni diff\u00e9rents partenaires : TOPTICA Photonics AG, Fraunhofer-Institut HHI, Microwave Photonics GmbH, Universit\u00e9 technique de Berlin et Spinner GmbH.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Syst\u00e8me THz, accordable et ultra-stable, reposant sur la photonique, pour les communications 6G<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La preuve de concept met en oeuvre un syst\u00e8me THz, ultra-stable et accordable, pour la transmission sans fil de donn\u00e9es via la technologie de communication 6G. Ce syst\u00e8me int\u00e8gre un m\u00e9langeur THz photonique qui permet de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des signaux THz gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie de peigne de fr\u00e9quences. Dans cette approche, une photodiode convertit efficacement un signal de battement optique d\u00e9riv\u00e9 de lasers \u00e0 des fr\u00e9quences optiques l\u00e9g\u00e8rement diff\u00e9rentes en un signal \u00e9lectrique par le biais d&rsquo;un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de photomixage. La structure d&rsquo;antenne autour du photom\u00e9langeur transforme le photocourant oscillant en une onde THz. Les signaux r\u00e9sultants, qui peuvent \u00eatre facilement accord\u00e9s sur une large gamme de fr\u00e9quences, peuvent \u00eatre modul\u00e9s et d\u00e9modul\u00e9s pour des applications de communications 6G. Le syst\u00e8me pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre mis en oeuvre pour des applications de caract\u00e9risation de composants avec des signaux THz re\u00e7us de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente. La simulation et la conception d&rsquo;une architecture de guide d&rsquo;ondes THz, ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;oscillateurs photoniques de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 tr\u00e8s faible bruit de phase, font \u00e9galement partie du champ d&rsquo;application de ce projet.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00b4ultra-faible bruit de phase du syst\u00e8me est obtenu gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un synth\u00e9tiseur de fr\u00e9quence optique \u00e0 verrouillage en peigne (OFS) int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au moteur laser TOPTICA. La solution int\u00e8gre des instruments haut de gamme de Rohde &amp; Schwarz. Le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de signaux vectoriels FI \u00e0 large bande de la gamme R&amp;S SFI100A d\u00e9livre les signaux en bande de base pour le modulateur optique \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonnage de 16 G\u00e9ch\/s. Le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de signaux RF et micro-ondes de la famille R&amp;S SMA100B g\u00e9n\u00e8re un signal d&rsquo;horloge de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence stable pour le syst\u00e8me TOPTICA OFS. L&rsquo;oscilloscope de la s\u00e9rie R&amp;S RTP \u00e9chantillonne le signal en bande de base apr\u00e8s le r\u00e9cepteur (Rx) photoconducteur THz \u00e0 onde continue (cw) \u00e0 une fr\u00e9quence d&rsquo;\u00e9chantillonnage de 40 G\u00e9ch\/s pour proc\u00e9der ult\u00e9rieurement au traitement et \u00e0 la d\u00e9modulation du signal \u00e0 la fr\u00e9quence porteuse de 300 GHz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La 6G et les futures exigences en mati\u00e8re de bandes de fr\u00e9quences<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La 6G permettra le d\u00e9ploiement de nouveaux cas d&rsquo;application dans les domaines de l&rsquo;industrie, du m\u00e9dical et de la vie quotidienne. Des applications telles que le m\u00e9tavers et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e9tendue (XR) r\u00e9clameront de nouvelles exigences en mati\u00e8re de latence et de d\u00e9bit de transmission de donn\u00e9es. De telles exigences ne sont pas satisfaites par les syst\u00e8mes de communication actuels.
