Le IHLP-1008ABEZ-5A, quant \u00e0 lui, poss\u00e8de des bornes de connexions sur le fond et les c\u00f4t\u00e9s, ce qui permet la formation d&rsquo;un filet de soudure qui augmente la qualit\u00e9 du montage contre les chocs m\u00e9caniques importants tout en simplifiant l&rsquo;inspection des joints de soudure. Le dispositif qualifi\u00e9 AEC-Q200 offre des performances fiables jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 +165 \u00b0C, soit 10 \u00b0C de plus que l&rsquo;inducteur composite concurrent le plus proche, tandis que son DCR typique jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 12,0 m\u03a9 est inf\u00e9rieur de 15 %.<\/p>\n<p>Offrant des performances am\u00e9lior\u00e9es par rapport aux technologies \u00e0 base de ferrite, les deux dispositifs sont dot\u00e9s d&rsquo;un corps robuste en fer pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9 qui encapsule compl\u00e8tement leurs enroulements &#8211; \u00e9liminant les espaces d&rsquo;air et assurant un blindage magn\u00e9tique contre la diaphonie avec les composants voisins &#8211; tandis que leur courbe de saturation douce offre une stabilit\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;ensemble des plages de temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement et de courant nominal. Le faible DCR et la haute tenue au courant des inductances sont le r\u00e9sultat de leur bobine en fil plat, qui termine et forme directement les fils de l&rsquo;inductance, \u00e9liminant ainsi le besoin d&rsquo;une grille de connexion. Un d\u00e9nudage de pr\u00e9cision au laser, suivi d&rsquo;un processus de placage d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrodes sur les fils, facilite la soudabilit\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des cycles thermiques r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s pour une fiabilit\u00e9 maximale.<\/p>\n<p>Ces composants Vishay Dale\u00a0 sont con\u00e7us pour les convertisseurs CC\/CC, la suppression du bruit et le filtrage dans une large gamme d&rsquo;applications. Le IHLL-1008AB-1Z est destin\u00e9 aux CPU, aux modules SSD, aux r\u00e9seaux de donn\u00e9es et aux syst\u00e8mes de stockage, aux syst\u00e8mes industriels et domotiques, aux t\u00e9l\u00e9viseurs, aux barres de son, aux syst\u00e8mes audio et de jeu, aux appareils de sant\u00e9 grand public aliment\u00e9s par batterie, aux appareils m\u00e9dicaux, aux \u00e9quipements de t\u00e9l\u00e9communication et \u00e0 l&rsquo;instrumentation de pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<p>Conditionn\u00e9s dans une structure composite blind\u00e9e 100 % sans plomb (Pb) qui r\u00e9duit le bourdonnement \u00e0 des niveaux tr\u00e8s bas, les IHLL-1008AB-1Z et IHLP-1008ABEZ-5A offrent une r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e aux chocs thermiques, \u00e0 l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 et aux chocs m\u00e9caniques, et g\u00e8rent les pointes de courant transitoires \u00e9lev\u00e9es sans saturation.
