Elle utilise la technologie propri\u00e9taire FinFast d&rsquo;Empower avec des temps de r\u00e9ponse transitoires de l&rsquo;ordre de la nanoseconde.<\/p>\n<p>Les charges de travail des centres de donn\u00e9es modernes exigent de plus en plus de puissance et de vitesse, et les architectures d&rsquo;alimentation lat\u00e9rale existantes ne sont plus viables. Pour offrir un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9, les solutions d&rsquo;alimentation lat\u00e9rale traditionnelles fonctionnent lentement, cr\u00e9ant une grande empreinte d&rsquo;\u00e9tages de puissance et de magn\u00e9tiques encombrants sur la face sup\u00e9rieure de la carte de circuit imprim\u00e9 (PCB).<\/p>\n<p>Les vitesses lentes n\u00e9cessitent \u00e9galement de grandes banques de condensateurs dans l&rsquo;ombre du processeur, occupant l&rsquo;espace le plus sensible \u00e0 la puissance dans le syst\u00e8me et entra\u00eenant des pertes de puissance de transmission lat\u00e9rale substantielles. Cela permet une alimentation \u00e0 haut rendement et \u00e0 couplage vertical de la puce d&rsquo;intelligence artificielle et \u00e9limine la perte de transmission lat\u00e9rale prohibitive.<\/p>\n<p>FinFast associe une nouvelle architecture de contr\u00f4le, un syst\u00e8me magn\u00e9tique \u00e0 haute fr\u00e9quence, des condensateurs au silicium \u00e0 large bande passante et un bo\u00eetier de puissance pour offrir une bande passante 20 fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle des convertisseurs de puissance traditionnels.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des besoins en \u00e9nergie de l&rsquo;IA d\u00e9passe de loin la capacit\u00e9 des solutions d&rsquo;alimentation lat\u00e9rale actuelles, tant en termes d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle que de vitesse.
