Comme pour les mod\u00e8les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents, il y a quatre couches m\u00e9talliques routables et une couche de redistribution. La logique est unipolaire et utilise des TFT de type n et des r\u00e9sistances d&rsquo;excursion.<\/p>\n<p>Enti\u00e8rement programmable et dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de traitement 32 bits et ML, le Flex-RV ouvre la voie \u00e0 des ajouts d&rsquo;intelligence \u00e0 faible co\u00fbt aux syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9, aux objets portables et aux emballages, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Flex-RV est bas\u00e9 sur le noyau open-source bit-serial SERV RISC-V et il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il fonctionne \u00e0 60 kHz en consommant moins de 6mW. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de recherche a \u00e9galement con\u00e7u un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur d&rsquo;apprentissage automatique qui est un moteur \u00e0 instructions uniques et donn\u00e9es multiples (SIMD) permettant d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la multiplication des matrices.
