Trois options de haute sensibilit\u00e9 sont disponibles, allant de \u00b120G \u00e0 \u00b140G BOP.<\/p>\n<p>Les seuils BOP et BRP des AH332xQ et AH352xQ offrent une fen\u00eatre de fonctionnement \u00e9troite avec une hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis suffisante pour un fonctionnement fiable, tandis qu\u2019un faible coefficient de temp\u00e9rature assure la stabilit\u00e9 des points de commutation.<\/p>\n<p>Les dispositifs \u00e0 effet Hall AH332xQ et AH352xQ ont une sortie \u00e0 drain ouvert et fonctionnent sur une large plage de tension d\u2019alimentation de 3,0V \u00e0 28V et une plage de temp\u00e9rature de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 +150\u00b0C, offrant une flexibilit\u00e9 de conception pour r\u00e9pondre aux exigences de l\u2019environnement automobile difficile. M\u00eame lorsque des contraintes physiques sont appliqu\u00e9es au bo\u00eetier, les dispositifs maintiennent des niveaux de sensibilit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis.<\/p>\n<p>Pour une robustesse et une fiabilit\u00e9 accrues, les dispositifs sont dot\u00e9s de diodes de blocage invers\u00e9 avec des clamps Zener sur leurs broches d\u2019alimentation, ainsi que des limites de surintensit\u00e9 et des clamps Zener sur leur sortie \u00e0 drain ouvert.
