Cela donne une densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de 1070 Wh\/L, bien sup\u00e9rieure aux 800 Wh\/L des batteries lithium-ion actuelles.<\/p>\n<p>Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication est \u00e0 la fois rentable et adaptable aux lignes de production de batteries lithium-ion existantes et ouvre la voie \u00e0 des batteries lithium-m\u00e9tal \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat solide commercialement viables pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n<p>Le consortium SOLiDIFY d&rsquo;Horizon 2020 compte 14 partenaires europ\u00e9ens et a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le prototype de cellule \u00e0 poche \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat solide dans un laboratoire de batteries \u00e0 EnergyVille, en Belgique.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/tdk-takes-solid-state-battery-over-1000wh-l\/\">TDK fait passer la batterie \u00e0 plus de 1000Wh\/l<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/electrovaya-shows-solid-state-battery-tech\/\">Electrovaya pr\u00e9sente une technologie de cellules \u00e0 semi-conducteurs<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de la cellule provient d&rsquo;une anode mince en lithium-m\u00e9tal et d&rsquo;un s\u00e9parateur d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyte solide suffisamment mince avec une cathode \u00e9paisse traditionnelle en nickel, mangan\u00e8se et cobalt et une anode mince en lithium-m\u00e9tal. Contrairement \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres proc\u00e9d\u00e9s, il se produit \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature et pression ambiantes et peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 dans les lignes de production actuelles de batteries lithium-ion avec un co\u00fbt pr\u00e9vu de moins de 150 euros par kWh.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a \u00e9valu\u00e9 et optimis\u00e9 une s\u00e9rie de mat\u00e9riaux et de rev\u00eatements propos\u00e9s par les partenaires du projet. Pour l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrolyte du prototype, elle a utilis\u00e9 un nanocomposite solide \u00e0 base de liquide ionique polym\u00e9ris\u00e9 qui permet une solidification \u00ab\u00a0de liquide \u00e0 solide\u00a0\u00bb pour laquelle l&rsquo;Empa (Suisse) a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une demande de brevet.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"iCz14dCJmX\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/ilika-ships-prototype-solid-state-silicon-battery-cell-to-car-maker\/\">Ilika ships prototype solid state silicon battery cell to car maker<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content lazyload\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; visibility: hidden;\" title=\"&#8220;Ilika ships prototype solid state silicon battery cell to car maker&#8221; &#8212; eeNews Europe\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/ilika-ships-prototype-solid-state-silicon-battery-cell-to-car-maker\/embed\/#?secret=yHb4TpoQw9#?secret=iCz14dCJmX\" data-secret=\"iCz14dCJmX\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" data-load-mode=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Cette approche a permis de cr\u00e9er un s\u00e9parateur fin de 20 \u03bcm, d&rsquo;utiliser une cathode \u00e9paisse de 100 \u03bcm et d&rsquo;obtenir une pile de cellules de batterie compacte. En outre, le consortium a surmont\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique et \u00e0 l&rsquo;impr\u00e9gnation de la cathode pour porter la vitesse de charge de la cellule \u00e0 3 heures et sa dur\u00e9e de vie \u00e0 100 cycles.<\/p>\n<p>Par rapport \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres \u00e9lectrolytes \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat solide, la cellule thermiquement stable pr\u00e9sente une inflammabilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite, ce qui am\u00e9liore la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
