Il est facile \u00e0 utiliser, certifi\u00e9 AEC-Q102 et est disponible dans un bo\u00eetier SOP-4 peu encombrant. Les composants sont disponibles en emballage sur bande et bobine sur www.rutronik24.com.<\/p>\n<p>Le VOMDA1271 dispose d\u2019une extinction rapide int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, qui ne n\u00e9cessite que 0,7 ms (typ.) pour s\u2019\u00e9teindre et offre un temps d\u2019allumage de 0,05 ms. Les composants ont une matrice de porte photovolta\u00efque et ne n\u00e9cessitent donc pas d\u2019alimentation suppl\u00e9mentaire pour garantir la tension d\u2019essai d\u2019isolation requise de 3.750 VRMS. La conception simplifi\u00e9e qui en r\u00e9sulte permet de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts et les besoins en espace.<\/p>\n<p>Les pilotes optiquement isol\u00e9s fonctionnent de mani\u00e8re fiable dans une large plage de temp\u00e9ratures allant de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +125 \u00b0C, ce qui les rend id\u00e9aux pour une utilisation dans la technologie de charge automobile.
