{"id":46042,"date":"2020-09-08T19:31:44","date_gmt":"2020-09-08T19:31:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/\/convertisseurs-continu-continu-3-w-a-tension-disolation-elevee\/"},"modified":"2020-09-08T19:31:44","modified_gmt":"2020-09-08T19:31:44","slug":"convertisseurs-continu-continu-3-w-a-tension-disolation-elevee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/convertisseurs-continu-continu-3-w-a-tension-disolation-elevee\/","title":{"rendered":"Convertisseurs continu-continu 3 W \u00e0 tension d\u2019isolation \u00e9lev\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>COSEL a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 des tests et \u00e0 des v\u00e9rifications, et fournit, dans le Manuel d&rsquo;applications, des courbes d&rsquo;esp\u00e9rance de vie pour aider les architectes syst\u00e8me qui con\u00e7oivent des commandes de grille pour \u00e9quipements industriels, \u00e0 appliquer les bonnes r\u00e8gles de conception et \u00e0 prendre les pr\u00e9cautions n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les applications m\u00e9dicales, la s\u00e9rie MH3 est conforme aux exigences d&rsquo;isolation 2xMOOP (Moyens de protection de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur, 250&nbsp;V alternatif), comme sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 dans la norme IEC60601-1 3\u00e8me \u00e9dition.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de r\u00e9duire les stocks, et de rendre leurs \u00e9quipements faciles \u00e0 installer et \u00e0 maintenir, les concepteurs syst\u00e8me pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent des convertisseurs continu-continu acceptant une large plage de tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e. La s\u00e9rie COSEL MH3 se d\u00e9cline selon trois larges plages de tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e&nbsp;: 4,5&nbsp;V \u00e0 18&nbsp;V pour les applications sur batterie 12&nbsp;V&nbsp;; 9&nbsp;V \u00e0 36&nbsp;V pour les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 batteries 12&nbsp;V ou 24&nbsp;V, et 18&nbsp;V \u00e0 76&nbsp;V pour les syst\u00e8mes 24&nbsp;V ou 48&nbsp;V. Il existe cinq mod\u00e8les \u00e0 sortie simple (MHSF3)&nbsp;: 3,3&nbsp;V, 5&nbsp;V, 9&nbsp;V, 12&nbsp;V et 15&nbsp;V (MHFS3)&nbsp;; et deux mod\u00e8les \u00e0 sorties doubles (MHFW3)&nbsp;: +\/-12&nbsp;V et +\/-15&nbsp;V, dont les sorties peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es en s\u00e9rie, pour fournir 24&nbsp;V ou 30&nbsp;V. La tension de sortie unique des MHFS3 peut \u00eatre ajust\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la broche \u00ab&nbsp;Vout&nbsp;Trim&nbsp;\u00bb au secondaire du dispositif.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9rie MH3 dispose d\u2019un circuit de protection int\u00e9gr\u00e9 contre les surintensit\u00e9s, avec r\u00e9armement automatique. Une broche de commande \u00e0 distance fonctionnant en logique n\u00e9gative (Bas = ON, Haut = OFF) est disponible en standard.<\/p>\n<p>La s\u00e9rie MH3 fonctionne dans une plage de temp\u00e9rature ambiante allant de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 +85\u00b0C, avec une HR entre 20% et 95% (sans condensation). En fonction du refroidissement disponible, une r\u00e9duction de puissance peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire pour ne pas d\u00e9passer +105\u00b0C au point de mesure sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de r\u00e9duire le bruit de transfert, les concepteurs de COSEL ont r\u00e9duit la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;isolation \u00e0 la plus faible valeur possible (20&nbsp;pF maximum), ce qui constitue un v\u00e9ritable atout pour alimenter des commandes moteur.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9quipements industriels et, dans certains cas, les \u00e9quipements m\u00e9dicaux, peuvent \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 des vibrations susceptibles d\u2019endommager les broches du bo\u00eetier SIP. Les broches des convertisseurs COSEL MH3 sont moul\u00e9es dans un support en \u00e9poxy, qui renforce m\u00e9caniquement les connexions entre le circuit imprim\u00e9 et le module convertisseur, et rend le dispositif encore plus fiable en cas d\u2019utilisation en environnement difficile.
