{"id":460028,"date":"2024-09-06T11:53:05","date_gmt":"2024-09-06T09:53:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=460028"},"modified":"2024-09-06T11:53:05","modified_gmt":"2024-09-06T09:53:05","slug":"les-batteries-solides-au-soufre-de-theion-offrent-1000wh-kg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/les-batteries-solides-au-soufre-de-theion-offrent-1000wh-kg\/","title":{"rendered":"Les batteries solides au soufre de theion offrent 1000Wh\/kg"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>L&rsquo;entreprise allemande Theion, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans les batteries, a ouvert un centre technologique \u00e0 Berlin pour commencer \u00e0 \u00e9valuer ses cellules de batteries au soufre aupr\u00e8s des clients.<\/h3>\n<p>Le centre Theion, situ\u00e9 dans le parc scientifique et technologique d&rsquo;Adlershof, met au point des cathodes solides \u00e0 base de soufre et de cristal qui visent \u00e0 tripler la densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique pour un tiers seulement du co\u00fbt de la cellule et un tiers de l&#8217;empreinte CO\u2082 de la technologie actuelle des batteries.<\/p>\n<p>Le premier march\u00e9 vis\u00e9 est celui des a\u00e9ronefs \u00e9lectriques tels que les taxis a\u00e9riens eVTOL, avec une densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de 1000Wh\/kg et une dur\u00e9e de vie de 1000 cycles.<\/p>\n<p>Theion a r\u00e9cemment annonc\u00e9 une perc\u00e9e dans la chimie de son anode lithium-m\u00e9tal brevet\u00e9e, en atteignant 2000 cycles de charge et de d\u00e9charge lors d&rsquo;essais effectu\u00e9s par un institut de recherche ind\u00e9pendant en Allemagne. Cela ouvre la voie \u00e0 des batteries s\u00fbres et \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique avec des capacit\u00e9s de charge rapide, selon l&rsquo;entreprise, et constituerait une perc\u00e9e pour les batteries l\u00e9g\u00e8res et durables dans la mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique et le stockage stationnaire.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/coherent-starts-phase-2-of-high-energy-rechargeable-lithium-sulfur-battery-programme\/\">Coherent lance la phase 2 de la batterie au soufre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat solide et \u00e0 haute \u00e9nergie<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/solid-power-ramps-sulfide-solid-state-battery-tech-with-sk\/\">Solid Power fait progresser la technologie des batteries \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat solide au sulfure avec SK <\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/solid-state-silicon-battery-at-bmw-for-qualification\/\">Batterie au silicium \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat solide chez BMW pour la qualification<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L&rsquo;entreprise produit des wafers de soufre pur \u00e0 partir de soufre fondu en quelques secondes en utilisant une m\u00e9thode appel\u00e9e Direct Crystal Imprinting (DCi) sans rev\u00eatement en suspension, sans solvants, sans eau et sans s\u00e9chage. La flexibilit\u00e9 du proc\u00e9d\u00e9 permet d&rsquo;obtenir n&rsquo;importe quelle forme g\u00e9om\u00e9trique de plaquette, bien qu&rsquo;une forme hexagonale soit utilis\u00e9e pour obtenir la meilleure efficacit\u00e9 spatiale. Le centre permettra \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise de travailler avec les clients sur des exigences sp\u00e9cifiques pour les cellules de batteries au soufre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat solide.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Avec cette installation de pointe, nous sommes d\u00e9sormais pleinement op\u00e9rationnels et pr\u00eats \u00e0 accueillir les clients pour qu&rsquo;ils d\u00e9couvrent de premi\u00e8re main notre technologie de batterie \u00e0 cristaux de soufre qui change la donne\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Ulrich Ehmes, PDG de Theion. \u00ab\u00a0Nous sommes impatients de collaborer avec les leaders de l&rsquo;industrie pour repousser les limites de ce qui est possible en mati\u00e8re de stockage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les laboratoires du nouveau centre technologique comprennent un laboratoire de synth\u00e8se enti\u00e8rement \u00e9quip\u00e9, un laboratoire de bo\u00eetes \u00e0 gants et un laboratoire de cyclage, permettant d&rsquo;assembler 1 MWh de cellules semi-automatiques pour fournir des \u00e9chantillons aux clients.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;ouverture de notre centre technologique \u00e0 Adlershof est une \u00e9tape importante pour Theion.
