{"id":458523,"date":"2024-08-19T11:30:08","date_gmt":"2024-08-19T09:30:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=458523"},"modified":"2024-08-19T11:30:08","modified_gmt":"2024-08-19T09:30:08","slug":"option-de-boitier-s7pour-le-module-sic-haute-performance-semiq-1200v","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/option-de-boitier-s7pour-le-module-sic-haute-performance-semiq-1200v\/","title":{"rendered":"Option de bo\u00eetier S7pour Le module SiC haute performance SemiQ 1200V"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9ricaine SemiQ a ajout\u00e9 un bo\u00eetier S7 \u00e0 sa famille QSiC de modules de puissance SiC 1200V \u00e0 MOSFET demi-pont et \u00e0 diode Schottky.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Les modules SiC de SemiQ offrent une flexibilit\u00e9 de conception aux ing\u00e9nieurs de puissance en fournissant des options compactes, \u00e0 haut rendement et \u00e0 haute performance pour leurs nouvelles conceptions, tout en permettant un remplacement dans les syst\u00e8mes existants pour un fonctionnement plus efficace.<\/p>\n<p>La famille QSiC comprend un\u00a0 premier module MOSFET 529A<a href=\"https:\/\/semiq.com\/products_semiq\/qsic-1200v-sic-half-bridge-module\/\">(GCMX003A120S7B1<\/a>), un second\u00a0 348A<a href=\"https:\/\/semiq.com\/products_semiq\/1200v-sic-half-bridge-module-3\/\">(GCMX005A120S7B1)<\/a> et deux modules demi-pont \u00e0 diode Schottky SiC \u00e0 faible bruit<a href=\"https:\/\/semiq.com\/products_semiq\/1200v-300a-sic-schottky-diode-module\/\">(GHXS300A120S7D5<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/semiq.com\/products_semiq\/1200v-400a-sic-schottky-diode-module\/\">GHXS400A120S7D5<\/a>) dans un bo\u00eetier S7 au format standard de 62,0 mm et une hauteur 17,0 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Le S7 r\u00e9pond aux exigences de taille, de poids et de puissance pour des applications allant des appareils de chauffage par induction, aux \u00e9quipements de soudage et des alimentations sans interruption (ASI) aux onduleurs photovolta\u00efques et \u00e9oliens et au-del\u00e0 aux syst\u00e8mes de stockage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, aux convertisseurs CC-CC \u00e0 haute tension et aux syst\u00e8mes de charge de batterie pour les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques (VE).<\/p>\n<p>Outre le facteur de forme compact des modules eux-m\u00eames, le fonctionnement \u00e0 haut rendement et \u00e0 faibles pertes contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la dissipation thermique du syst\u00e8me et permet d&rsquo;utiliser des dissipateurs plus petits.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Notre objectif est de fournir un portefeuille complet de technologies SiC qui permettent aux concepteurs d&rsquo;optimiser l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9, la performance et la taille des applications exigeantes d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui \u00ab\u00a0, d\u00e9clare le Dr Timothy Han, pr\u00e9sident de SemiQ. \u00ab\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 rigoureux<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour garantir une tension de seuil de grille stable et une qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;oxyde de grille sup\u00e9rieure pour chaque module, SemiQ effectue des tests de d\u00e9verminage de la grille au niveau de la plaquette pour les dispositifs SiC. En plus du test de d\u00e9verminage, qui contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les taux de d\u00e9faillance extrins\u00e8que, divers tests de contrainte &#8211; y compris la contrainte de la grille, la contrainte du drain \u00e0 polarisation inverse \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature (HTRB) et la contrainte de haute humidit\u00e9, haute tension, haute temp\u00e9rature (H3TRB) &#8211; sont utilis\u00e9s pour atteindre les normes de qualit\u00e9 automobile et industrielle n\u00e9cessaires.
