Cependant, la puissance g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par cette \u00e9lectronique dans le&nbsp;cryostat \u00e9l\u00e8ve sa temp\u00e9rature et&nbsp;compromet le fonctionnement de l&rsquo;ordinateur.&nbsp;C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que SureCore voit une opportunit\u00e9 pour sa m\u00e9moire IP CMOS SRAM ultra basse consommation, puis pour la logique de contr\u00f4le. Un seuil&nbsp;plus bas signifie beaucoup moins de dissipation de puissance \u00e0 g\u00e9rer et donc moins de pertes.<\/p>\n<p>SureCore, bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Sheffield, vise \u00e0 fournir une IP qui permettra la conception de puces de contr\u00f4le \u00ab&nbsp;Cryo-CMOS&nbsp;\u00bb pouvant&nbsp;\u00eatre colocalis\u00e9es avec les qubits dans le cryostat afin d&rsquo;aider \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre le 4\u00b0K.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Paul Wells, PDG de SureCore.\u00ab Nous sommes particuli\u00e8rement bien plac\u00e9s pour r\u00e9soudre deux des principaux d\u00e9fis du d\u00e9veloppement de Cryo-CMOS.&nbsp;Actuellement, la plage de temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement industrielle standard pour la plupart des technologies de processus CMOS commerciales est de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 125\u00b0C
