{"id":458414,"date":"2024-08-15T18:33:57","date_gmt":"2024-08-15T16:33:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=458414"},"modified":"2024-08-15T18:38:33","modified_gmt":"2024-08-15T16:38:33","slug":"conception-dun-design-de-puissance-usb-c-de-65w","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/conception-dun-design-de-puissance-usb-c-de-65w\/","title":{"rendered":"Conception d&rsquo;un design de puissance USB-C de 65W"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 britannique Pulsiv a lanc\u00e9 un design USB-C modulaire de 65 W pour chargeurs et pr\u00e9voit une version de 240 W.<\/h3>\n<p>Le design de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence USB-C PD 65W con\u00e7u par Pulsiv propose un rendement \u00e9lev\u00e9 et une taille plus petite que celle des adaptateurs externes avec de faibles exigences thermiques afin qu&rsquo;il puisse \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans les prises par les OEM.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons pris l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 avant CA-CC de l&rsquo;alimentation et l&rsquo;avons int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans un syst\u00e8me de bout en bout\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Tim Moore, chef de produit de Pulsiv, \u00e0 <em>eeNews Europe<\/em>. \u00ab\u00a0Ce que nous voulions vraiment faire avec cette conception, c&rsquo;est prouver que la technologie fonctionne et en tirer des enseignements.<\/p>\n<p>La conception utilise les algorithmes de contr\u00f4le \u00ab\u00a0valley fill\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par Pulsiv, impl\u00e9ment\u00e9s dans Osmium, un microcontr\u00f4leur commercial s\u00e9curis\u00e9. L&rsquo;algorithme que nous utilisons, permet un pont semi-actif qui peut \u00eatre difficile \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre \u00e0 faible courant, mais permet d&rsquo;augmenter l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 95 % avec un pic de 96 %.<\/p>\n<p>Le transformateur et la self sont con\u00e7us et produits par Frenetic en Espagne. Cela permet \u00e0 la conception de s&rsquo;int\u00e9grer dans une prise de courant d&rsquo;une profondeur de 25 mm, ce qui permet de l&rsquo;installer\u00a0 l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et la chaleur sont des points cl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0En termes de taille, nous utilisons un transformateur EQ20 plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;un RM8 ou un RM10 et, entre ce transformateur et le composant de sortie, ce sont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments les plus volumineux du produit\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Moore.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-458420 alignleft lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Pulsiv-1-300x253.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"253\" data-srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Pulsiv-1-300x253.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Pulsiv-1.jpg 320w\" data-sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 300px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 300\/253;\" \/>La conception utilise \u00e9galement des transistors au nitrure de gallium d&rsquo;Innoscience qui commutent \u00e0 125 kHz, bien que des dispositifs d&rsquo;autres fournisseurs puissent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s. \u00ab\u00a0Le GaN a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9ressant et un casse-t\u00eate pour cette conception, mais nous l&rsquo;avons optimis\u00e9 pour le GaN\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Moore. \u00ab\u00a0Parmi toutes les entreprises avec lesquelles nous travaillons, nous avons trouv\u00e9 qu&rsquo;Innoscience \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s r\u00e9active avec des dispositifs \u00e0 faible RDSon et \u00e0 commutation rapide.<\/p>\n<p>Les composants GaN choisis ne sont pas concern\u00e9s par les litiges en cours entre Innoscience et Infineon en Europe et EPC aux \u00c9tats-Unis. \u00ab\u00a0Vous pouvez utiliser des produits GaN similaires et nous avons test\u00e9 nos cartes avec d&rsquo;autres dispositifs de Nexperia, juste au cas o\u00f9\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La conception a \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9e dans un calorim\u00e8tre et montre une temp\u00e9rature maximale du transformateur de 39,5 \u00b0C au-dessus de la temp\u00e9rature ambiante.
