Ce lancement souligne l\u2019engagement ind\u00e9fectible de Tektronix \u00e0 innover dans la technologie de sondage, en s\u2019appuyant sur le succ\u00e8s de la sonde IsoVu de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, capable d\u2019\u00e9liminer pratiquement les interf\u00e9rences en mode commun gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019isolation optique.<\/h3>\n<p>Cette nouvelle version, une modification de la sonde unipolaire active TAP1500 existante, dispose d\u2019un c\u00e2ble de 5,7 m\u00e8tres plus long que l\u2019original. Le TAP1500L r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un besoin critique des ing\u00e9nieurs : la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 effectuer des tests automatis\u00e9s avec une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Adapt\u00e9 aux utilisateurs finaux et aux fabricants de sondes volantes, l\u2019appareil permet de r\u00e9aliser des tests de mani\u00e8re efficace et s\u00e9curis\u00e9e tout en offrant une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 aux clients pour positionner les stations de test selon leurs besoins uniques, sans perte de performance. Cette sonde est un investissement de Tektronix pour assurer le succ\u00e8s des clients effectuant des tests automatis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les caract\u00e9ristiques cl\u00e9s incluent :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Longueur de c\u00e2ble \u00e9tendue :<\/strong>\u00a0Le c\u00e2ble de 7 m\u00e8tres du TAP1500L offre un m\u00e8tre de longueur suppl\u00e9mentaire par rapport aux sondes comparables sur le march\u00e9. Cela est particuli\u00e8rement pr\u00e9cieux pour les clients utilisant des testeurs de sondes volantes, o\u00f9 une longueur suppl\u00e9mentaire est souvent n\u00e9cessaire en raison du besoin de faire passer les sondes \u00e0 travers des syst\u00e8mes automatis\u00e9s, et pour toute situation o\u00f9 le DUT doit \u00eatre \u00e9loign\u00e9 de l\u2019oscilloscope.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Performance \u00e9lectrique exceptionnelle :<\/strong>\u00a0M\u00eame avec le c\u00e2ble de 7 m\u00e8tres, le TAP1500L offre une bande passante \u22651,5 GHz, un temps de mont\u00e9e &lt;267 ps et une capacit\u00e9 d\u2019entr\u00e9e \u22641 pF, garantissant une acquisition de signal pr\u00e9cise pour les conceptions \u00e0 haute vitesse.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Performance m\u00e9canique polyvalente :<\/strong>\u00a0La t\u00eate de sonde compacte permet de sonder des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de circuit de petite g\u00e9om\u00e9trie, et les accessoires de fixation du dispositif sous test (DUT) permettent une connexion aux CMS aussi petits que 0,5 mm de pas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Int\u00e9gration transparente :<\/strong>\u00a0Pour garantir une facilit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation de l\u2019instrument et une collecte de donn\u00e9es fiable, le TAP1500L se connecte directement aux oscilloscopes avec l\u2019interface de sonde TekVPI, offrant une mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle et une lecture automatiques et intuitives sur l\u2019affichage de l\u2019oscilloscope.
