Le r\u00e9sultat est que la fili\u00e8re devrait recruter chaque ann\u00e9e entre 8 000 \u00e0 10 000 emplois pendant les cinq prochaines ann\u00e9es ! Actuellement on estime qu\u2019il y a aujourd\u2019hui 80 000 emplois en photonique dont 95% dans l\u2019industrie. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des postes concern\u00e9s sont des postes d\u2019op\u00e9rateurs et techniciens (Bac pro et Bac +2). Ces postes repr\u00e9sentent la principale pr\u00e9occupation des entreprises sur le recrutement.<\/p>\n<p>Les ing\u00e9nieurs, chercheurs et autres fonctions supports repr\u00e9sentent les 5000 autres emplois attendus. Les tensions principales sont les m\u00e9tiers d\u2019op\u00e9rateurs, de techniciens et d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs commerciaux. En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette probl\u00e9matique, Photonics France vient de cr\u00e9er un baccalaur\u00e9at professionnel photonique, seul dipl\u00f4me de niveau 4 pour notre fili\u00e8re. Les missions principales des op\u00e9rateurs form\u00e9s seront la fabrication, le montage et le r\u00e9glage de composants et de syst\u00e8mes ; l\u2019installation et la mise en oeuvre de composants et de syst\u00e8mes ; le contr\u00f4le et la maintenance. L\u2019ambition \u00e0 moyen terme est de former 1000 op\u00e9rateurs\/an \u00e0 partir de la rentr\u00e9e 2022 ou 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la continuit\u00e9 de la cr\u00e9ation du baccalaur\u00e9at professionnel photonique, Photonics France lance \u00e9galement la r\u00e9vision du BTS Syst\u00e8mes Photoniques pour la rentr\u00e9e 2022 afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les comp\u00e9tences en fonction des nouvelles technologies et d\u2019adapter l\u2019organisation de la formation.<\/p>\n<p>Cette enqu\u00eate est disponible sur le site internet <a href=\"http:\/\/www.photonics-france.org\">www.photonics-france.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c0 propos de Photonics France<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Photonics France est la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration fran\u00e7aise de la photonique, repr\u00e9sentant national unique et reconnu par les acteurs et les pouvoirs publics.
