Ils permettent de prot\u00e9ger les charges en aval contre l&rsquo;exposition \u00e0 des tensions excessives tout en prot\u00e9geant les alimentations contre les d\u00e9fauts de charge et les courants d&rsquo;appel importants.<\/p>\n<p>Les dispositifs eFuse ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour les applications 12V, notamment les \u00e9quipements de communication et de stockage de donn\u00e9es d&rsquo;entreprise que l&rsquo;on trouve dans les centres de donn\u00e9es, tels que les disques durs et les disques durs \u00e0 semiconducteurs, les serveurs, les commutateurs Ethernet et les routeurs.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, ils peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s pour prot\u00e9ger les infrastructures de communication mobile, telles que les t\u00eates d&rsquo;\u00e9mission radio 5G, et les contr\u00f4leurs logiques programmables (PLC) des \u00e9quipements d&rsquo;automatisation industrielle<\/p>\n<p>Les eFuses NPS3102A et NPS3102B ont une large plage de tension d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e (21 V abs. max.) et ont un MOSFET pass int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 faible r\u00e9sistance qui minimise la chute de tension et la perte de puissance. Cette caract\u00e9ristique permet d&rsquo;augmenter l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de fonctionnement au-del\u00e0 de ce que l&rsquo;on peut obtenir avec des dispositifs similaires dans le m\u00eame type de bo\u00eetier.<\/p>\n<p>La plage de courant peut \u00eatre ajust\u00e9e entre 2-13,5 A \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une r\u00e9sistance sur la broche ILIM, utilisable \u00e9galement pour mesurer le courant de charge en temps r\u00e9el.
