Sa tension maximale est de 800\u00a0VDC pour une intensit\u00e9 nominale de 100\u00a0A, ce qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la demande en tensions et courants sup\u00e9rieurs dans les applications pour batteries, notamment dans la plage de 15 \u00e0 40\u00a0kW.<\/p>\n<p>La taille et le poids de ce relais sont identiques \u00e0 ceux des autres mod\u00e8les de la s\u00e9rie G9KB, mais augmentent la tension de commutation maximale de 33\u00a0% et le courant de 50\u00a0%. Ainsi, il permet aux concepteurs d\u2019applications de r\u00e9duire le nombre de relais par boitier et offre une capacit\u00e9 d\u2019alimentation sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 un format plus compact. La rationalisation du nombre de relais dans un boitier peut am\u00e9liorer sa durabilit\u00e9, r\u00e9duire la production de chaleur, ainsi que l\u2019impact \u00e9cologique lors de la mise hors service en fin de vie.<\/p>\n<p>Le G9KB-E inclut une fonctionnalit\u00e9 de commutation de courant continu bidirectionnelle, ce qui permet de remplacer deux relais unidirectionnels. Il exploite la technologie de coupure d\u2019arc qui permet de mettre hors tension les circuits CC haute capacit\u00e9 en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Une technologie de simulation d\u2019arc 3D a permis de visualiser le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne d\u2019arc et d\u2019optimiser le processus de coupure pour aboutir \u00e0 une conception plus compacte et s\u00fbre qu\u2019avec les technologies concurrentes.<\/p>\n<p>Ce dispositif offre une tr\u00e8s faible r\u00e9sistance de contact, avec seulement 5\u00a0milliohms, ce qui r\u00e9duit la production de chaleur et optimise les performances. Cela am\u00e9liore la fiabilit\u00e9 et la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 non seulement du G9KB-E lui-m\u00eame, mais aussi des composants environnants dans le m\u00eame boitier. Le G9KB-E se monte sur une carte \u00e0 circuits et est plus l\u00e9ger que les conceptions traditionnelles de relais ou de contacteurs. Contrairement aux conceptions de relais \u00e9tanches traditionnelles, il ne comporte pas d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne pour plus de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
