{"id":454908,"date":"2024-07-01T09:00:10","date_gmt":"2024-07-01T07:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=454908"},"modified":"2024-07-01T01:14:54","modified_gmt":"2024-06-30T23:14:54","slug":"bobine-de-mode-commun-pour-des-performances-accrues-dans-les-memes-dimensions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/bobine-de-mode-commun-pour-des-performances-accrues-dans-les-memes-dimensions\/","title":{"rendered":"Bobine de mode commun pour des performances accrues dans les m\u00eames dimensions"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><strong>Schaffner d\u00e9voile sa nouvelle bobine de mode commun destin\u00e9e aux applications industrielles, qui, tout en conservant la m\u00eame taille, surpasse les performances de ses pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseurs.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bas\u00e9 sur la technologie \u00e0 noyau nanocristallin, cette nouvelle gamme de la s\u00e9rie populaire RT de chez Schaffner comprend les RT8121, RT8131, RT8521 et RT8531. \u00a0La nouvelle gamme N de la s\u00e9rie RT affiche une att\u00e9nuation jusqu\u2019\u00e0 15\u00a0dB sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur \u00e0 base de noyau en ferrite en comparant les bandes de fr\u00e9quences pertinentes du spectre de compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique (EMC).<\/p>\n<p>En filtrant les perturbations \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques en mode commun du cot\u00e9 r\u00e9seau d\u2019un appareil \u00e9lectrique, la nouvelle gamme N de la s\u00e9rie RT \u00e9limine le probl\u00e8me des interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (EMI) directement sur la carte \u00e9lectronique. La bobine mesure le m\u00eame diam\u00e8tre (65\u00a0mm) que la s\u00e9rie existante de Schaffner, mais offrira aux concepteurs plus de puissance lors de l\u2019int\u00e9gration dans des espaces restreints, et r\u00e9duit les besoins en filtre CEM externe.<\/p>\n<p>Avec des courants nominaux compris entre 25\u00a0A et 63\u00a0A \u00e0 60\u00a0\u00b0C et des tensions de fonctionnement allant de 600\u00a0VAC \u00e0 450\u00a0VDC, la nouvelle bobine convient particuli\u00e8rement pour une utilisation \u00e0 des fr\u00e9quences comprises entre 10\u00a0MHz et 30\u00a0MHz. Permettant de concevoir des cartes \u00e9lectroniques avec un bon rapport co\u00fbt\/efficacit\u00e9 pour un courant nominal maximum de 100\u00a0A avec ventilation forc\u00e9e, la bobine est disponible en version \u00e0 montage horizontal ou vertical sur la carte \u00e9lectronique, afin de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences sp\u00e9cifiques de conception. Elle b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie \u00e9galement d\u2019une large plage d\u2019inductances nominales (de 3\u00a0mH \u00e0 13\u00a0mH), d\u2019un flux de fuite magn\u00e9tique faible et d\u2019une meilleure isolation des enroulements.<\/p>\n<p>Disponible en configuration \u00e0 2 ou 3 fils pour les applications de courant continu (DC), de courant alternatif (AC) \u00e0 2 lignes, ou de courant triphas\u00e9, la nouvelle bobine de mode commun se r\u00e9v\u00e8lera particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9ressante pour les fabricants de machines industrielles et de circuits \u00e9lectroniques qui poss\u00e8dent des besoins en puissance entre 10\u00a0kW et 80\u00a0kW pour leurs applications. Id\u00e9ale pour les alimentations utilis\u00e9es dans les bornes de recharge de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques et la robotique, cette bobine de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure int\u00e8gre un syst\u00e8me d\u2019isolation certifi\u00e9 UL qui facilite la conception de bobine sur mesure.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les autres applications typiques, on peut citer les onduleurs photovolta\u00efques, les convertisseurs, les onduleurs (UPS) et alimentations \u00e0 d\u00e9coupage, l\u2019\u00e9clairage LED, les appareils de communication et les \u00e9quipements m\u00e9dicaux ou de laboratoire. Bien que toutes les applications ne n\u00e9cessitent pas la puissance suppl\u00e9mentaire fournie par la nouvelle gamme <em>N de la s\u00e9rie RT<\/em>, les concepteurs pourront utiliser la bobine comme option de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour am\u00e9liorer les niveaux CEM si une mesure venait \u00e0 \u00e9chouer.<\/p>\n<p>Felix Wedel, chef de produit strat\u00e9gique chez Schaffner, explique\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0En tant que fournisseur mondial en compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique, nous avons h\u00e2te d\u2019offrir \u00e0 nos clients cette nouvelle option de technologie \u00e0 noyau nanocristallin pour la s\u00e9rie des bobines RT.
