{"id":454661,"date":"2024-06-26T09:53:40","date_gmt":"2024-06-26T07:53:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=454661"},"modified":"2024-06-26T09:53:40","modified_gmt":"2024-06-26T07:53:40","slug":"sk-keyfoundry-prepare-son-entree-sur-le-marche-du-gan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/sk-keyfoundry-prepare-son-entree-sur-le-marche-du-gan\/","title":{"rendered":"SK Keyfoundry pr\u00e9pare son entr\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 du GaN"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>La fonderie sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e SK Keyfoundry (Cheongju, Cor\u00e9e du Sud), anciennement Key Foundry, a annonc\u00e9 des progr\u00e8s dans le programme de d\u00e9veloppement de semi-conducteurs de puissance au nitrure de gallium (GaN).<\/h2>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir mesur\u00e9 les principales caract\u00e9ristiques des transistors GaN HEMT \u00e0 650 V dans le cadre des efforts visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un transistor de puissance en GaN dans un d\u00e9lai d&rsquo;un an.<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9quipe sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 constitu\u00e9e en 2022, peu apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;acquisition de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 par SK Hynix, et le d\u00e9veloppement devrait \u00eatre finalis\u00e9 cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Key Foundry a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tach\u00e9e de Magnachip Semiconductor en septembre 2020 et est devenue une filiale de SK Hynix en ao\u00fbt 2022. Le nom a \u00e9t\u00e9 chang\u00e9 en SK Keyfoundry au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2024.<\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9voit que le produit GaN 650V soutiendra les clients fabless sur des march\u00e9s tels que les adaptateurs de charge rapide, l&rsquo;\u00e9clairage LED et les micro-onduleurs solaires. SK Keyfoundry a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il pr\u00e9voyait de construire un portefeuille GaN de HEMT GaN et de circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s GaN couvrant une gamme de tensions de claquage.<\/p>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 des semi-conducteurs de puissance GaN devrait cro\u00eetre \u00e0 un taux de croissance annuel moyen de 33 %, passant de 500 millions de dollars en 2023 \u00e0 6,4 milliards de dollars en 2032, selon le cabinet d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes de march\u00e9 Omdia.
