Ce laboratoire optimisera la densit\u00e9 de puissance, les performances et la taille des syst\u00e8mes pour une recharge plus rapide et des VE plus abordables.<\/p>\n<p>La collaboration se d\u00e9roule en trois phases.<\/p>\n<p>La premi\u00e8re phase de la collaboration porte sur le d\u00e9veloppement par Delta d&rsquo;un chargeur embarqu\u00e9 de 11 kW plus l\u00e9ger et plus \u00e9conomique, utilisant les derniers microcontr\u00f4leurs (MCU) en temps r\u00e9el C2000 de TI et les produits de filtrage actif des interf\u00e9rences \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (EMI) exclusifs de TI. Ils permettent de r\u00e9duire la taille du chargeur de 30 % tout en atteignant un rendement de conversion de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de 95 %.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/integrated-transformers-gan-help-ti-shrink-power-system-design\/\">Les transformateurs int\u00e9gr\u00e9s et le GaN aident TI \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la taille des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectriques<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/ti-shakes-up-power-with-integrated-650v-gan-fet\/\">TI pr\u00e9sente un FET GaN int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de 650V <\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/first-stand-alone-active-emi-filter\/\">Premier filtre EMI actif autonome<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans la deuxi\u00e8me phase, TI et Delta utiliseront le C2000 pour des applications de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ASIL D avec des pilotes de grille isol\u00e9s hautement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s pour l&rsquo;automobile afin d&rsquo;augmenter la densit\u00e9 de puissance des chargeurs embarqu\u00e9s et de r\u00e9duire la taille globale.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de la troisi\u00e8me phase, les deux entreprises collaboreront sur des conceptions utilisant la technologie GaN.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La transition vers les v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques est essentielle pour contribuer \u00e0 un avenir plus durable, et gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des ann\u00e9es de collaboration avec Delta Electronics, nous disposons d&rsquo;une base solide sur laquelle nous pouvons nous appuyer\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Amichai Ron, vice-pr\u00e9sident senior pour le traitement embarqu\u00e9 chez TI.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Avec Delta, nous utiliserons les semi-conducteurs de TI pour d\u00e9velopper des syst\u00e8mes pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques tels que des chargeurs embarqu\u00e9s et des convertisseurs DC\/DC plus petits, plus efficaces et plus fiables, ce qui augmentera l&rsquo;autonomie des v\u00e9hicules et encouragera l&rsquo;adoption plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Depuis 2008, Delta d\u00e9veloppe des produits, des syst\u00e8mes et des solutions d&rsquo;alimentation automobile \u00e0 haut rendement afin de contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de carbone li\u00e9es au transport\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 James Tang, vice-pr\u00e9sident ex\u00e9cutif de la division Mobilit\u00e9 et responsable du groupe d&rsquo;affaires Solutions pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques chez Delta Electronics.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/delta-to-buy-tbc-for-e142m-ev-power-boost\/\">Delta rach\u00e8te TB&amp;C pour une augmentation de 142 millions d&rsquo;euros de la puissance des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/infineon-delta-to-set-up-ev-power-lab-in-taiwan\/\">Infineon et Delta cr\u00e9ent un laboratoire d&rsquo;alimentation des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques \u00e0 Ta\u00efwan<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/ti-launches-first-gan-intelligent-power-module\/\">TI lance le premier module d&rsquo;alimentation intelligent GaN<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de ce laboratoire d&rsquo;innovation commun avec TI, Delta entend tirer parti de la vaste exp\u00e9rience de TI et de sa technologie avanc\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re de commande num\u00e9rique et de GaN pour am\u00e9liorer la densit\u00e9 de puissance et les performances de ses syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;alimentation pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.
