Elle rend \u00e9galement plus difficile la recherche des origines de ces probl\u00e8mes. Pour comprendre les interactions entre les composants 3D-IC pour des applications plus avanc\u00e9es, la visualisation multiphysique 3D devient une exigence pour une conception et des diagnostics efficaces.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;int\u00e9gration par Ansys des API Omniverse pour le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;applications et de flux de travail 3D compatibles avec OpenUSD et Nvidia RTX permettra la visualisation 3D-IC en temps r\u00e9el des r\u00e9sultats des solveurs Ansys, y compris les outils HFSS, Icepak et RedHawk-SC.<\/p>\n<p>Les concepteurs pourront ainsi interagir avec les mod\u00e8les 3D pour \u00e9valuer les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes critiques li\u00e9s aux champs \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques et aux variations de temp\u00e9rature.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La fabrication avanc\u00e9e repose sur le mariage du monde physique et du monde num\u00e9rique\u00a0\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Prith Banerjee, directeur de la technologie chez Ansys. \u00ab\u00a0Chez Ansys, nous exploitons la puissance de la plate-forme Nvidia Omniverse pour simuler et concevoir de mani\u00e8re exhaustive tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments, des minuscules semiconducteurs aux vastes usines o\u00f9 ils sont produits.
