En offrant un compromis optimal entre les pertes de conduction et de commutation, ainsi qu&rsquo;une conception EMI am\u00e9lior\u00e9e, les dispositifs maximiseront l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 dans une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de conceptions de conversion de puissance \u00e0 fr\u00e9quence de commutation de moyenne \u00e0 \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit de la troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;IGBT et de modules, et l&rsquo;entreprise travaille sur une version de 1400 V, explique le PDG Markus Mosen \u00e0 eeNews Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Les IGBT 1200V offrent des valeurs nominales de 650V\/75A, 1200V\/40A et 1200V\/75A et sont fournis en bo\u00eetiers TO247 ou TO247-4L en fonction du dispositif s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9. Tous les dispositifs fonctionneront \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de jonction maximale (Tj) de 175 \u00b0C et ont subi des tests H3TRB (haute humidit\u00e9, haute temp\u00e9rature et polarisation inverse \u00e0 haute tension) et HTRB (polarisation inverse \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature) \u00e0 100 % jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 cette temp\u00e9rature maximale.<\/p>\n<p>Les applications vis\u00e9es comprennent les onduleurs pour l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie solaire, les syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le des moteurs, les alimentations sans interruption\u00a0 et le soudage.
