En tant que client principal d&rsquo;ARM, Vera pourrait utiliser l&rsquo;architecture V4 de nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, dont le nom de code est Adonis. Bien que les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;inspection optique automatis\u00e9s soient utilis\u00e9s depuis un certain temps, les anciens syst\u00e8mes AOI pr\u00e9sentent des taux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de fausse d\u00e9tection, ce qui n\u00e9cessite des inspections manuelles secondaires co\u00fbteuses \u00e0 des fins de v\u00e9rification.<\/p>\n<p>NVIDIA Metropolis for Factories propose un flux de travail de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;IA pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mise en production d&rsquo;applications d&rsquo;inspection AOI sophistiqu\u00e9es et pr\u00e9cises.<\/p>\n<p>Foxconn et sa filiale Ingrasys utilisent Nvidia Omniverse et Metropolis, ainsi que des logiciels de Siemens, pour cr\u00e9er des jumeaux num\u00e9riques pour les usines, planifier l&rsquo;optimisation de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des travailleurs sur un certain nombre de sites de fabrication. Au salon Computex, Foxconn montre comment il utilise les jumeaux num\u00e9riques pour planifier l&#8217;emplacement de nombreuses cam\u00e9ras vid\u00e9o dans les usines afin d&rsquo;optimiser la capture de donn\u00e9es pour recueillir des informations cl\u00e9s. Elle utilise les mod\u00e8les d&rsquo;IA bas\u00e9s sur Nvidia Docker, appel\u00e9s NIM, ainsi que les flux de travail de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour le suivi multicam\u00e9ras Metropolis, afin de contribuer \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la productivit\u00e9 des travailleurs sur les cha\u00eenes de production. Le flux de travail de Pegatron fusionne les jumeaux num\u00e9riques d&rsquo;Omniverse et l&rsquo;IA en temps r\u00e9el de Metropolis pour mieux surveiller et optimiser les op\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n<p>TRI, premier fabricant ta\u00efwanais d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements AOI, a annonc\u00e9 l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration du workflow et des capacit\u00e9s de NVIDIA Metropolis for Factories dans ses derniers syst\u00e8mes AOI et pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement d&rsquo;utiliser Nvidia NIM pour optimiser davantage les performances du syst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<p>Wistron \u00e9tend \u00e9galement sa plateforme OneAI pour l&rsquo;inspection visuelle et l&rsquo;AOI avec Metropolis.
