{"id":452529,"date":"2024-05-31T10:56:09","date_gmt":"2024-05-31T08:56:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/?p=452529"},"modified":"2024-05-31T10:57:20","modified_gmt":"2024-05-31T08:57:20","slug":"premiere-puce-lte-multimode-risc-v-au-monde-pour-450-mhz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/premiere-puce-lte-multimode-risc-v-au-monde-pour-450-mhz\/","title":{"rendered":"Premi\u00e8re puce LTE multimode RISC-V au monde pour 450 MHz"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>GCT Semiconductor, San Jos\u00e9, CA, a mis au point le premier jeu de puces LTE multimode pour le spectre de 450 MHz, en utilisant deux c\u0153urs RISC-V.<\/h3>\n<p>Le GDM7243SL d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par GCT est le premier chipset LTE multimode hautement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au monde, capable de fonctionner jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 450 MHz et 380 MHz en Cat 4, Cat 1bis, Cat-M1, Cat NB1\/NB2 et jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 3,8 GHz pour les r\u00e9seaux non terrestres (NTN) pour les connexions par satellite.<\/p>\n<p>Avec des voies de r\u00e9ception doubles et des \u00e9metteurs doubles \u00e0 basse bande, le GDM7243SL utilise la diversit\u00e9 2&#215;2 MIMO et une puissance plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour maintenir la connectivit\u00e9 m\u00eame dans des conditions difficiles, comme sous terre ou dans des for\u00eats profondes \u00e9loign\u00e9es qui n&rsquo;ont pas acc\u00e8s aux r\u00e9seaux terrestres traditionnels.<\/p>\n<p>La conception RISC-V \u00e0 double c\u0153ur dispose d&rsquo;une m\u00e9moire vive int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et d&rsquo;une m\u00e9moire flash optionnelle, ce qui permet aux clients de cr\u00e9er des appareils enti\u00e8rement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s sans avoir besoin d&rsquo;un processeur externe.<\/p>\n<p>La bande de base monolithique et la radio sont r\u00e9glables de 380 MHz \u00e0 3,8 GHz avec des ports multiples disponibles pour r\u00e9duire les composants RF externes contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par un c\u0153ur RISC-V de 400 MHz. L&rsquo;autre c\u0153ur de 400 MHz prend en charge des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;exploitation tels que Linux, OpenWRT, PRPL et Zephr.
