L&rsquo;EPFL a d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/tandem-perovskite-solar-cell-with-record-31-25-efficiency\/\">cellule tandem avec un rendement record de 31,25 %<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, pour justifier le co\u00fbt suppl\u00e9mentaire de l&rsquo;insertion d&rsquo;une cellule en p\u00e9rovskite sur le Si, ces dispositifs doivent d&rsquo;abord pr\u00e9senter des rendements de conversion de puissance (PCE) suffisamment \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"xsBWbvhDH0\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/machine-learning-accelerates-discovery-of-solar-cell-perovskites\/\">Machine learning accelerates discovery of solar-cell perovskites<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content lazyload\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; visibility: hidden;\" title=\"&#8220;Machine learning accelerates discovery of solar-cell perovskites&#8221; &#8212; eeNews Europe\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.eenewseurope.com\/en\/machine-learning-accelerates-discovery-of-solar-cell-perovskites\/embed\/#?secret=RVoN407uMK#?secret=xsBWbvhDH0\" data-secret=\"xsBWbvhDH0\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" data-load-mode=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Les chercheurs de l&rsquo;EPFL ont augment\u00e9 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des dispositifs tandem avec un mat\u00e9riau p\u00e9rovskite appliqu\u00e9 par centrifugation sur des plaquettes de silicium plates \u00e0 l&rsquo;avant.<\/p>\n<p>Les chercheurs ont utilis\u00e9 l&rsquo;acide 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzylphosphonique (pFBPA) dans l&rsquo;encre du pr\u00e9curseur pour supprimer la recombinaison pr\u00e8s de l&rsquo;interface p\u00e9rovskite\/C60. Cela permet d&rsquo;augmenter la tension en circuit ouvert (Voc) et le facteur de remplissage (FF) des dispositifs sans qu&rsquo;il soit n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;ajouter une couche de passivation suppl\u00e9mentaire, ce qui r\u00e9duit la complexit\u00e9 du processus de fabrication.<\/p>\n<p>Le second d\u00e9veloppement, qui am\u00e9liore le facteur de remplissage, provient de l&rsquo;utilisation de nanoparticules de SiO2 (NPs) enrob\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on \u00e9parse comme couche interm\u00e9diaire entre la p\u00e9rovskite et la couche de transport des trous (HTL).
