Con\u00e7us sur la base de la technologie d&rsquo;\u00e9metteur de surface Astral de Vishay, ils acceptent des courants d&rsquo;attaque \u00e9lev\u00e9s allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 1,5 A en courant continu et 5 A en courant puls\u00e9 dans les applications automobiles.<\/p>\n<p>Dot\u00e9s d&rsquo;une puce \u00e0 double empilement, les \u00e9metteurs IR offrent une intensit\u00e9 radiante typique \u00e9lev\u00e9e allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 6000 mW\/sr \u00e0 un courant puls\u00e9 de 5 A et 2000 mW\/sr \u00e0 un courant continu de 1,5 A, soit 10 % de plus que le dispositif concurrent le plus proche. Ces valeurs augmentent la luminosit\u00e9 pour un meilleur contraste, tout en minimisant le nombre de composants n\u00e9cessaires, pour une r\u00e9duction du co\u00fbt et de l&rsquo;espace de 20 % par rapport aux\u00a0 dispositifs concurrents, selon la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9metteurs IR sont adapt\u00e9s aux syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;aide \u00e0 la conduite (ADAS), aux syst\u00e8mes de surveillance de l&rsquo;habitacle, l&rsquo;oculom\u00e9trie et la vid\u00e9osurveillance. Pour ces applications, les dispositifs \u00e0 940 nm suppriment l&rsquo;effet de lueur rouge, tandis que les \u00e9metteurs \u00e0 850 nm sont mieux adapt\u00e9s aux cam\u00e9ras. Pour correspondre aux champs de vision des diff\u00e9rentes applications, les dispositifs sont disponibles avec quatre angles de demi-intensit\u00e9 : \u00b1 28\u00b0, \u00b1 40\u00b0, \u00b1 60\u00b0 et \u00b1 75\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9metteurs fonctionnent dans une plage de temp\u00e9rature allant de -40 \u00b0C \u00e0 +125 \u00b0C et offrent une faible r\u00e9sistance thermique de 5 K\/W \u00e0 9 K\/W, qui permet d&rsquo;optimiser la gestion thermique et d&rsquo;obtenir des courants d&rsquo;attaque \u00e9lev\u00e9s. Conformes \u00e0 la directive RoHS, sans halog\u00e8ne, et Vishay Green, ces \u00e9metteurs acceptent la soudure par refusion sans plomb (Pb).
