La cam\u00e9ra capture les d\u00e9filements de produits \u00e0 grande vitesse avec jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 20 fois moins de flou de mouvement, tandis que les temps d&rsquo;int\u00e9gration rapides r\u00e9duisent consid\u00e9rablement le flou de l&rsquo;image, garantissant ainsi des relev\u00e9s de temp\u00e9rature pr\u00e9cis, m\u00eame sur des objets en d\u00e9placement.<\/p>\n<p>Avec un format compact de 200 \u00d7 76 \u00d7 92 mm\u00a0 sans l&rsquo;objectif, il s&rsquo;agit de la plus petite cam\u00e9ra refroidie du march\u00e9 jamais construite par FLIR pour minimiser les enjeux de l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de syst\u00e8mes avec des cam\u00e9ras suppl\u00e9mentaires dans un syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;automatisation plus large. Le champ de vision est de 31,5\u00b0 \u00d7 25,5\u00b0 sur un spectre de 3,0-5,0 \u03bcm.<\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9thodes avanc\u00e9es d&rsquo;apprentissage automatique et d&rsquo;apprentissage profond contribuent \u00e0 un processus plus intelligent et plus efficace gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la cam\u00e9ra, qui d\u00e9tecte les petites variations thermiques et mesure avec pr\u00e9cision les temp\u00e9ratures sur les produits en mouvement. Les constructeurs et les int\u00e9grateurs de machines ont ainsi la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;augmenter le rendement, de r\u00e9duire les interruptions et de minimiser les temps d&rsquo;arr\u00eat gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des mesures plus pr\u00e9cises.<\/p>\n<p>Les interfaces, les commandes et les connecteurs des cam\u00e9ras sont tous con\u00e7us pour r\u00e9pondre aux normes de l&rsquo;industrie. Les protocoles industriels simples et standard GEV et GenICam facilitent la mise en \u0153uvre, et le refroidisseur \u00e0 longue dur\u00e9e de vie r\u00e9duit\u00a0 la maintenance annuelle. La dur\u00e9e de vie de 27 000 heures du cryocooler maximise le temps de fonctionnement de la cam\u00e9ra.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La cam\u00e9ra A6301 offre un nouveau niveau de capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;imagerie thermique pour les applications de contr\u00f4le des processus et d&rsquo;assurance qualit\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;industrie manufacturi\u00e8re.
