Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une alternative mieux positionn\u00e9e pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 certaines applications cl\u00e9s, en particulier lorsque l&rsquo;encombrement des appareils et les co\u00fbts unitaires doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9duits.<\/p>\n<p>La plateforme XP018 est une solution modulaire de technologie EPI haute tension en 180 nm, bas\u00e9e sur un module central 5-V simple grille \u00e0 faible nombre de masques. Il supporte une plage de temp\u00e9rature \u00e9tendue de -40 \u00e0 175\u00b0C et offre une large gamme de dispositifs et de modules optionnels, y compris des dispositifs bipolaires \u00e0 gain \u00e9lev\u00e9, des condensateurs MIM standard et \u00e0 haute capacit\u00e9, des options multi-seuils (Vt), des diodes Schottky et des dispositifs de d\u00e9pl\u00e9tion.<\/p>\n<p>La plate-forme s&rsquo;appuie sur une m\u00e9moire non volatile (NVM) automobile \u00e0 haute fiabilit\u00e9, telle que la Flash int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, l&rsquo;EEPROM et l&rsquo;OTP, ce qui la rend sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ue pour des applications automobiles, industrielles et m\u00e9dicales robustes et sensibles aux co\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<p>En plus des nouveaux dispositifs 40-V\/60-V, la plateforme a \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e par l&rsquo;inclusion de diodes Zener 5,3-V. La nouvelle diode Zener \u00e0 faible fuite est con\u00e7ue pour prot\u00e9ger efficacement l&rsquo;oxyde de la grille dans les applications critiques, telles que les applications de pilotage de grille \u00e0 large bande passante.
