{"id":449877,"date":"2024-04-30T09:00:07","date_gmt":"2024-04-30T07:00:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/?p=449877"},"modified":"2024-04-29T17:58:32","modified_gmt":"2024-04-29T15:58:32","slug":"flux-de-migration-de-designs-de-radiofrequence-vers-le-noeud-de-processus-n6rf-de-tsmc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ecinews.fr\/fr\/flux-de-migration-de-designs-de-radiofrequence-vers-le-noeud-de-processus-n6rf-de-tsmc\/","title":{"rendered":"Flux de migration de designs de radiofr\u00e9quence vers le n\u0153ud de processus N6RF+ de TSMC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Afin de r\u00e9pondre aux imp\u00e9ratifs de puissance, de performance et de surface (PPA) des applications de circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s sans fil, les plus complexes du moment, <\/strong><strong>Keysight Technologies, Inc., Synopsys, Inc. et Ansys pr\u00e9sentent un nouveau flux de migration de conception radiofr\u00e9quence (RF) int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du processus N16 de TSMC vers sa technologie N6RF+.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce flux de migration int\u00e8gre les solutions ondes millim\u00e9triques (mmWave) et RF de Keysight, Synopsys et Ansys dans un flux de design efficace qui rationalise la re-conception des dispositifs passifs et des composants de design vers le processus RF plus avanc\u00e9 de TSMC.<\/p>\n<p>Cette initiative de migration des designs RF \u00e9tend la m\u00e9thodologie Analog Design Migration (ADM) de TSMC en y ajoutant des capacit\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires pour les concepteurs de circuits RF. Au-del\u00e0 des gains de productivit\u00e9 offerts par l&rsquo;ADM, le flux de travail de migration de Keysight, Synopsys et Ansys d\u00e9montre une r\u00e9duction significative de la puissance, pour un design d&rsquo;amplificateur \u00e0 faible bruit (LNA) de 2,4 GHz r\u00e9orient\u00e9 vers le processus N6RF+.<\/p>\n<p>Voici les principaux \u00e9l\u00e9ments du flux de migration du design :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La famille Synopsys Custom Design, qui comprend l&rsquo;environnement de layout Synopsys Custom Compiler\u2122 avec Synopsys ASO.ai pour une migration rapide des designs analogiques et RF et le simulateur de circuit Synopsys PrimeSim\u2122<\/li>\n<li>Keysight RFPro pour le param\u00e9trage des appareils, l&rsquo;ajustement automatis\u00e9 des valeurs et la simulation \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique (EM)<\/li>\n<li>Ansys RaptorH\u2122 pour l&rsquo;analyse de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectromigration sur silicium et VeloceRF pour la synth\u00e8se des composants passifs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les concepteurs de circuits RF peuvent adopter le flux de migration pour re-designer rapidement leurs dispositifs en fonction des sp\u00e9cifications du processus N6RF+ et acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la commercialisation. Keysight RFPro permet de param\u00e9trer les dispositifs passifs, y compris les inductances, et de recr\u00e9er automatiquement des mod\u00e8les de simulation tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis avec une disposition adapt\u00e9e au nouveau processus. Les concepteurs visualisent l&rsquo;agencement recr\u00e9\u00e9 dans Synopsys Custom Compiler avec les inductances synth\u00e9tis\u00e9es d&rsquo;Ansys VeloceRF, puis effectuent une analyse EM interactive dans les puces sans fil complexes.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u00bb La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de migrer rapidement les designs d&rsquo;un n\u0153ud \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre est essentielle pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la volont\u00e9 incessante de l&rsquo;industrie d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats sur les technologies de processus phares de TSMC \u00ab\u00a0, <\/em>d\u00e9clare <strong>Sanjay Bali, vice-pr\u00e9sident Strategy and Product Management EDA Group chez Synopsys<\/strong><em>. \u00ab\u00a0Le nouveau flux, qui s&rsquo;appuie sur les solutions Custom Compiler, ASO.ai et PrimeSim de Synopsys, offre une solution int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de migration des designs RF et analogiques qui permet une migration efficace des designs de la plateforme technologique TSMC N16 vers la plateforme N6RF+. Les concepteurs de circuits RF souhaitent exploiter et r\u00e9utiliser leurs biblioth\u00e8ques de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s intellectuelles de composants et d&rsquo;appareils N16 afin d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer le retour sur investissement<\/em>\u201d, ajoute <strong>Niels Fach\u00e9, vice-pr\u00e9sident et directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Keysight EDA<\/strong>. \u201c<em>Ce nouveau flux facilite la reconception rapide dans la derni\u00e8re technologie TSMC N6RF+ pour les composants existants construits \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine en N16.
