Cette nouvelle famille de syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;horloges sur puce (ClkSoC) \u00e0 base de MEMS offre des performances dix fois sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles des oscillateurs et horloges autonomes, dans un format deux fois plus petit pour une taille deux fois plus petite.<\/p>\n<p>La puce QFN de 4 x 4 mm comprend les technologies d&rsquo;horloge, d&rsquo;oscillateur et de r\u00e9sonateur dans une puce int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, ce qui simplifie l&rsquo;architecture de l&rsquo;horloge du syst\u00e8me et r\u00e9duit drastiquement\u00a0 le temps de conception.<\/p>\n<p>La puce a une gigue de phase RMS de 70fs de 12 kHz \u00e0 20 MHz avec une fr\u00e9quence programmable de 1 MHz \u00e0 700 MHz et une stabilit\u00e9 de \u00b120 ppm et \u00b150 ppm de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 105\u00b0C. Il y a jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 quatre sorties diff\u00e9rentielles (LVPECL, LVDS, LPHCSL) ou huit sorties LVCMOS et des rails d&rsquo;alimentation programmables de 1,8V, 2,5V ou 3,3V.<\/p>\n<p>Les cycles de mise \u00e0 niveau rapide du mat\u00e9riel d&rsquo;IA seront essentiels pour ex\u00e9cuter des charges de travail d&rsquo;IA \u00e0 forte intensit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es et de calcul, et le choix du moment est essentiel. Les horloges MEMS de Chorus peuvent \u00eatre combin\u00e9es avec les produits de synchronisation r\u00e9cemment acquis par Aura Semiconductor.<\/p>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sonateur MEMS int\u00e9gr\u00e9 r\u00e9pond aux limites des g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs d&rsquo;horloge traditionnels en \u00e9liminant les probl\u00e8mes tels que le bruit et l&rsquo;adaptation de l&rsquo;imp\u00e9dance du r\u00e9sonateur \u00e0 l&rsquo;horloge.
