De plus, Renesas propose un mode veille dans les nouveaux MCU qui r\u00e9duit la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie jusqu\u2019\u00e0 99 % pour atteindre une la minuscule valeur de 0,2 \u00b5A. Associ\u00e9s \u00e0 un oscillateur int\u00e9gr\u00e9 haute fr\u00e9quence (HOCO) offrant un r\u00e9veil rapide, ces MCU ultra basse consommation offrent une solution id\u00e9ale pour des applications comprenant des appareils \u00e9lectroniques grand public fonctionnant sur batterie, des petits appareils \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nagers, le contr\u00f4le de syst\u00e8mes industriels et les applications d&rsquo;automatisation du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n<p>Renesas approvisionne d\u00e8s maintenant le premier groupe de la s\u00e9rie RA0, le groupe RA0E1. Ces composants ont un ensemble de fonctionnalit\u00e9s optimis\u00e9 pour les applications sensibles au co\u00fbt. Ils offrent une large plage de tension de fonctionnement de 1,6V \u00e0 5,5V, ce qui \u00e9vite aux clients d&rsquo;avoir besoin d&rsquo;un r\u00e9gulateur de tension dans les environnements sous 5V. Les MCU RA0 int\u00e8grent \u00e9galement des compteurs, des p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques de communications s\u00e9rie, des fonctions analogiques, des fonctions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et des fonctionnalit\u00e9s IHM pour r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt du mat\u00e9riel des clients. Un large \u00e9ventail d&rsquo;options de boitiers est \u00e9galement disponible, y compris un minuscule bo\u00eetier QFN 16 broches de 3 mm x 3 mm.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, l&rsquo;oscillateur haute pr\u00e9cision (\u00b11,0 %) int\u00e9gr\u00e9 (HOCO) du nouveau MCU am\u00e9liore la pr\u00e9cision des d\u00e9bits de communication et permet aux concepteurs de se passer d&rsquo;un oscillateur autonome. Contrairement \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres HOCOs, il maintient cette pr\u00e9cision dans des environnements allant de -40\u00b0C \u00e0 105\u00b0C. Cette large plage de temp\u00e9rature permet aux clients d&rsquo;\u00e9viter des \u00ab\u00a0ajustements\u00a0\u00bb co\u00fbteux et chronophages, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s le processus de refusion.<\/p>\n<p>Les\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.renesas.com\/products\/microcontrollers-microprocessors\/ra-cortex-m-mcus\/ra0e1-32mhz-arm-cortex-m23-entry-level-ultra-low-power-general-purpose-microcontroller?utm_campaign=f-up-mcu_ra0e1-epsg-iotbd-ipm2-null&amp;utm_source=null&amp;utm_medium=pr&amp;utm_content=pp\">MCU RA0E1<\/a>\u00a0incluent des fonctionnalit\u00e9s de suret\u00e9 de fonctionnement par des diagnostics des fonctions critiques ainsi qu&rsquo;une biblioth\u00e8que d&rsquo;autotest compatible avec la norme IEC60730. Ils offrent \u00e9galement des fonctionnalit\u00e9s de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, notamment un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de nombres al\u00e9atoires vrai (TRNG) et des biblioth\u00e8ques AES pour les applications IoT, y compris le chiffrement.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Les nouveaux MCU du groupe RA0E1 sont pris en charge par le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.renesas.com\/software-tool\/flexible-software-package-fsp?utm_campaign=f-up-mcu_ra0e1-epsg-iotbd-ipm2-null&amp;utm_source=null&amp;utm_medium=pr&amp;utm_content=sw\">Flexible Software Package (FSP)<\/a>\u00a0de Renesas. Le FSP permet un d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;application plus rapide en fournissant tout le logiciel d&rsquo;infrastructure n\u00e9cessaire, y compris plusieurs RTOS, BSP, pilotes de p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques, middlleware, connectivit\u00e9, couches r\u00e9seaux et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ainsi que des logiciels de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour construire des solutions complexes d&rsquo;IA, de commande de moteur et de cloud. Il permet aux clients d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer leur propre code existant et leur choix de RTOS avec le FSP, offrant ainsi une flexibilit\u00e9 totale dans le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;applications.
