Avec un pilote offrant une isolation de 5KV et un transistor HEMT GaN en mode \u00e9lectronique pour une tension de claquage minimale de 650V, ce module assure un fonctionnement robuste et fiable dans divers environnements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applications \u00e0 haute fiabilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;une des caract\u00e9ristiques du TDGM650LS60 est le temps de commutation de 50ns associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;absence de pi\u00e8ces mobiles.\u00a0Cette combinaison permet non seulement d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle, mais aussi d&rsquo;accro\u00eetre consid\u00e9rablement la fiabilit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;appareil.
