Cela inclut les installations de classe I et de classe II (aucune mise \u00e0 la terre requise).<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;alimentation CUS250M dispose de configurations m\u00e9caniques qui permettent un refroidissement par convection et\/ou conduction \u00e0 travers la plaque de base du produit pour assurer un refroidissement silencieux. Les applications comprennent les \u00e9quipements m\u00e9dicaux, de soins \u00e0 domicile, dentaires, de test et de mesure, de radiodiffusion, des \u00e9quipements audio professionnels et industriels.<\/p>\n<p>La sortie peut \u00eatre ajust\u00e9e pour s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 des tensions non standard, soit en usine, soit \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du potentiom\u00e8tre int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Le CUS250M fonctionne sur une entr\u00e9e de 85 \u00e0 264 V AC et pr\u00e9sente un faible courant de fuite \u00e0 la terre de moins de 150 \u00b5A, toutes tol\u00e9rances comprises. Le courant de contact est &lt;10\u00b5A (Classe I) et &lt;70\u00b5A (Classe II).<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 des temp\u00e9ratures ambiantes de -20\u00b0C \u00e0 +45\u00b0C, le CUS250M peut fournir jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 250 W avec un refroidissement par conduction sans air ext\u00e9rieur. Avec un d\u00e9classement appropri\u00e9, le fonctionnement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 +80\u00b0C est \u00e9galement possible. \u00c0 +70\u00b0C, avec un flux d&rsquo;air externe de 1 m\/s ou avec le ventilateur int\u00e9gr\u00e9 en option, la s\u00e9rie peut fournir une puissance de sortie allant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 125 W. Le rendement pouvant atteindre 94 %, la chaleur interne g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e est moindre, ce qui r\u00e9duit la temp\u00e9rature des composants. Le rendement moyen, mesur\u00e9 \u00e0 25, 50, 75 et 100 % de charge, est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 91 % et la consommation \u00e9lectrique hors charge est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,5 W lorsque la sortie est inhib\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les options pour le CUS250M incluent une tension de veille de 5 V 0,1 A, une fonction marche\/arr\u00eat \u00e0 distance (inhib\u00e9e ou activ\u00e9e), des signaux DC OK et AC Fail et un choix de constructions m\u00e9caniques \u00e0 cadre ouvert, \u00e0 canal en U, ou \u00e0 canal en U avec couvercle ou ventilateur mont\u00e9 sur le dessus.<\/p>\n<p>La conception du produit r\u00e9duit la d\u00e9gradation thermique des condensateurs \u00e9lectrolytiques, gr\u00e2ce notamment \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de condensateurs de sortie en polym\u00e8re qui offrent un faible ESR et une tol\u00e9rance \u00e9lev\u00e9e au courant d&rsquo;ondulation. Le condensateur de stockage d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie haute tension est mont\u00e9 sur le bord du PCB pour minimiser l&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement. La disposition des composants permet un refroidissement plus efficace pour les applications \u00e0 convection et \u00e0 air puls\u00e9, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la fiabilit\u00e9 et la dur\u00e9e de vie. La disposition soign\u00e9e des composants sur la face inf\u00e9rieure du PCB r\u00e9partit la chaleur uniform\u00e9ment sur la base, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la transmission thermique. Une combinaison unique de borne\/self de sortie (brevet en instance) r\u00e9duit le bruit de sortie en mode commun.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;isolation entr\u00e9e-sortie est de 4 000 V AC (2 x MoPP), l&rsquo;isolation entr\u00e9e-terre 1 500 V AC (1 x MoPP) et l&rsquo;isolation sortie-terre est de 1 500 V AC (1 x MoPP) pour les \u00e9quipements m\u00e9dicaux class\u00e9s B et BF. La certification de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est conforme aux normes IEC\/EN 60601-1, ES 60601-1. Les normes IEC\/EN\/CSA\/UL 62368-1 sont honor\u00e9es en standard et le CUS250M est marqu\u00e9 CE\/UKCA selon les directives basse tension, EMC et RoHS. La s\u00e9rie est conforme aux normes IEC\/EN 60335-1 et IEC\/EN 61010-1, et r\u00e9pond aux normes EN 55011-B, EN 55032-B sur les \u00e9missions rayonn\u00e9es et conduites avec des marges significatives (classe I et classe II).
